Rachael was dealing with us to help us find a flight to Bangkok for Christmas. At one point we thought we had been scammed as we sent off the money and did not receive our tickets within 24 hours. In fact it took nearly a week before they arrived. Rachael and her manager reassured me they were a reputable company and there had been an IT glitch which they were looking to resolve. We now have our tickets and they are the cheapest around for sure!.

Atrocious company! Pure scammers and manipulators. DO NOT TRUST this company as they fail to deliver the service promised and then will avoid you. AVOID at all costs. Prices of fares are deceiving and so is the pay later scheme. Go to any other travel agent, not this one!
Wouldn't even rate them any star.

Steve maintained email messages to me, and was always reminding that he was here to help if I made up my mind.
Incidentally Steve found me very good deal during this high season on Egypt air, and was elated because he saved me money.
He made easy for me by accepting a deposit to secure the ticket.
