This is a shady outfit. While seeking Apple TV support I was inadvertently connected to Ask-Crew. $1.00 refundable touted - charged $38.00. I opened a chat window for about 30 seconds before I realized this was a third party and I disconnected. I challenged this through PayPal and my bank to deny the fee. Ask-Crew never responded to my email canceling the subscription THEY signed me up for and challenging the charge to my card. My bank denied the charge and refunded my money. I never knowingly agreed to any subscription.
When, and if, you see Ask-Crew come up in any of your searches to find support, RUN the other way. BEWARE

I had a problem recovering what turned out to be a very important voicemail, the last one from a great friend just before she died. After trying several other avenues, I asked the internet and was led to Ask-Crew. Their expert answered immediately, was patient and very helpful. I recovered this very important (to me) message. I would highly recommend Ask-Crew. In the end it was simple -- turn the phone off and on again! Duh! My excuse is that I'm 83 and not a super-techy person.
