"Park and Go and Manchester VIP"

Park and Go served to introduce us to the Manchester VIP service, which we now always book through Park and Go.

This service is superb, ably supported by a friendly, professional and helpful team.

One less concern when travelling - thank you.

"Initial booking was ok..."

Initial booking was ok. Had to make a very last minute registration number change which was confirmed by email. When phoning to give approximate arrival time (as per instructions) couldn't find booking in new reg and took a while to sort out. Once in the car park receipt for car was inbound the wrong details and so hand amended by the operator!
On return, called number for the first time to confirm our arrival in the UK immediately upon exiting the aircraft and was told would be half an hour and no need to call again. Arrived at collection point and after waiting 10 minutes or so called the firm again and was told the driver was "leaving now and would be 20 mins". Car eventually turned up 1 hour and 4 minutes after initial call. Disappointing to watch many other travellers coming out of the Terminal and getting straight into their cars that had arrived in good time. I won't be using these again.

"I recently used Park and Go"

I recently used Park and Go, but the experience left mixed feelings. Their service seems to rely heavily on third parties, like VIP Bristol Parking Meet and Greet, which led to some stress on my end. Communication wasn't great, with their phone line going unanswered at a crucial time. It took a while before someone showed up to collect the car, making me anxious as I needed to catch my flight. On the positive side, when someone eventually arrived, the car drop-off process was smooth. However, added costs and lack of transparency about where the car was parked made the service more expensive than expected. Additionally, I found their review blocking concerning, which raises questions about reliability. Overall, I'm left unsure if I would use Park and Go again.

"Gatwick Monday morning in October 2024…"

Gatwick Monday morning in October 2024 collect and return service by same gentleman (I don't recall his name, but he was a Tottenham fan). Excellent cheerful service at both ends of the trip. Response was within 30 minutes of phonecalls.

"Reliable meet and greet at the car park"

Perfect experioence from Paul at Park and Go in Gatwick airport. Met us within 5 minutes of arrival at the car park and then brought the car to us within 5 minutes of us arriving at the car park after being delayed at the airport. Great service. Thanks.

"Sub-contractors are the issue "

'Park & Go' used 3rd party: 'VIP Bristol Parking Meet and Greet' which is incorporated as: 'VIP Parking Meet and Greet Ltd' (who have another alias 'VIP Wolf Parking'), not to be confused with the original 'VIP Parking Bristol'. This company have no contact other than one mobile phone number. There is no address given where your car is parked by these nice Latvians, could be in somebody's driveway or on the street- so elusive is the company with a secret trading address. SO, no problem - one might think, until their phone doesn't answer or goes straight to voicemail en route to airport. They won't phone you back, so having paid a hundred quid I had unbelievable stress arriving in the drop-off car park with NOBODY to collect the car and a plane waiting! Eventually they did call back after 30 minutes of many missed calls, then finally turned up late. With the £12 Drop & Go zone fees it ended up more expensive than the official Silver Zone parking! AND be sure to read the terms & conditions here: vipwolfparking.co.uk, Eg. no damage claim without before & after pics of your car AT the car park WITH their driver. BTW a 35mm dent is NOT classed as damage, nor a tyre blowout! As for Park & Go, they BLOCKED my negative review of 'VIP Bristol Parking Meet and Greet', so you cannot believe their self-selected positive reviews in their own BS website. Finally, be aware that the ghost-like 'VIP Bristol Parking Meet and Greet' officially have only been trading since January 2024. You can find them here: Hillside Bungalow, Redhill, Bristol, England, BS40 5RP (You can only find this at Companies House, as it's a well hidden secret!) Therefore, can you trust 'Park & Go' for any of their 3rd-party services?

"Great efficient service"

Silverzone was fully booked so used Diamond Parking and they were very efficient, called 5 mins before arriving at the pink drop off zone and was met by a very cheery man who took our car away and we only had to walk a short distance to arrivals! On return trip called whilst at passport control and our car was in the zone ready to come home, we will use them again as the best yet and very easy thank you

"Great EV Charging facility"

Great communications from booking. Needed to have a electric charge for my Nissan while on holiday. They booked me an Park&Go for Electric cars. Left them my 3pin plug and they charged my car. I came back to a full charge.
