Thought pre ordering from Lego would be the best and quickest way to get the latest release. How I was wrong! Delayed delivery, one disapointed child! Never again. Just order from Amazon!

Una grande azienda la cui serietà si vede anche nelle piccole cose. Mancava nel mio set un piccolo adesivo . Fatta la richiesta, dopo 4 giorni arriva il pacchetto con l intero blister di adesivi. Grazie

"La macchina assemblata scricchiola "

Ho comprato la macchina Lego da stor ufficiale di 50 euro, assemblata scricchiola quando la faccio camminare nella parte di pistoni, bambino rimasto deluso, prima acquistavo tanto ma da adesso mai più.

Out with 3 year old in West Quay waiting for another shop to open and popped into Lego shop.Really lovely to be welcomed at the door and no one pushing you to buy ,in fact Olivia was so pleasant to the young one asking him why he liked Lego and said he could play with whatever was in the baskets.We were then asked to do a treasure hunt finding a specific model which fired his imagination and he quickly found it.Olivia then took the time to ask him what prize from a bucket of Lego figures.It really was a lovely 30 mins and I have purchased some Lego for his birthday.Thank you.

"Falta de profesionalidad"

Se supone que los envíos tardan entre 3 y 5 días laborables en ser entregados pero el mío tardó 9;con unos gastos de envío de 6 euros lo mínimo sería cumplir el plazo, ya que hay muchos comercios y negocios on line que con los gastos de envío más bajos o gratuitos tardan menos.Lo peor de todo es que hay una tarifa URGENTE por la que te cobran 30 euros(en mi caso,fue lo que me costó el artículo que compré) de modo que si no adquieres esta última te tratan como a un comprador de segunda.
En definitiva, un comportamiento vergonzoso e inaceptable para una empresa con tanto postín y tanta fama como Lego.

Il negozio è ben fornito, infatti non voglio parlare di questo, recandomi in negozio insieme al mio fidanzato abbiamo trovato una commessa molto invadente che ha cercato in tutti modi di provarci con il mio ragazzo, io ero accanto a lui e ho dovuto assistere al tutto in imbarazzo totale. Gli ha anche chiesto l’età e dopo aver scoperto che era probabilmente più piccolo di lei, è rimasta sconvolta quasi come se le fosse dispiaciuto, quando ha dovuto salutare, ha salutato solo lui come una gatta morta, a me non ha guardato nemmeno in faccia. Un’esperienza squallida.

E’ la seconda volta che mi rivolgo alla Lego per un pezzo mancante, nel giro di tre gg. ho ricevuto risposta e ho trovato nella buca delle lettere quello ke mi serviva. Eccezionale!

I recently ordered the Lego Titanic and when I started it, I was missing two pieces. I put in a request to get the pieces and they sent them for free without asking anything. Though the sets can get pricey, most of them are worth every penny!
