The Lego Ducati Panigale V4 R, LEGO® Technic is great and all but the instructions are ass please fix it. Some of the steps dont even show how you get the piece and is confusing. please fix

Adoro acquistare dallo store della Lego, adoro i loro prodotti. Ma avrei alcune annotazioni da dover fare:
1 sarebbe carino aggiungere un code tracking per i propri ordini (anche se si fa un ordine senza account);
2 ottenere anche un assistenza digitale online e non solo telefonica (qualora ci fosse e funzionasse adeguatamente);
3 il materiale è ottimo! Ma molto molto caro, sarebbe carino attuare dei prodotti che possano essere convenienti per tutte le persone.

"Awful service and awful customer care"

Awful service and awful customer care. Ordered £40 of gift cards before Christmas on the 16th and they arrived on the 29th, that’s 13 days . Absolutely pathetic delivery service when the likes of Amazon can deliver anything the next day, it’s two gift cards for the of god. Customer service said they would refund me when the cards arrived and typically now the cards have arrived they refuse to respond. Now in the process of a charge back. Will never purchase anything from Lego again and by the looks of the other ratings people haven given I’m clearly not the only one with terrible customer experience. Shame on you

Vor Weihnachten bestellt mit garantierter Lieferung bis Weihnachten. Bis heute noch nicht da und keinen von Lego interessiert es.

op 12-12-2023 een e-giftcard besteld van € 75,00
moet binnen 1 uur (volgens de website) worden afgeleverd. Niets komt binnen, behalve een nul-factuur.
Na 4 telefoongesprekken, op respectievelijk 19, 21, 27 en 29 december nog niets ontvangen. Besloten om de order te cancelen en het geld terug te laten storten.
Mensen aan de helpdesk zijn vriendelijk, maar het levert geen steek op. Zeer zeer zeer slecht bedrijf. Mensen koop daar helemaal niets. Koop gewoon in de winkels.

"Service déplorable"

Impossible de mettre zéro, bien dommage…
Commande passée le 12 Décembre pour Noël, 300€ tout de même, sur des produits en stocks (tout un tas que de bricks, puisqu’il n’y a que sur leur site où l’on peut avoir uniquement des bricks sans accessoires).
Largement dans les temps puisque livraison prévue max sous 8 jours.
J’appelle le jeudi 21/12, le service clients me dit que j’ai commandé des pièces en réassort. Je lui indique que c’est impossible, tout était en stock lors de la commande! Même pas un contact pour prévenir d’un retard ou autre. A ce jour (mercredi 27/12) il n’a toujours pas quitté l’entrepôt, malgré qu’au téléphone on m’ait précisé que ça partait en fin de semaine…
Inadmissible pour une entreprise de cette ampleur d’avoir un service aussi pourri! Deux fois que ça m’arrive, je ne tenterai pas une 3ème fois.
Je commande régulièrement sur tout un tas de sites, même en période de Noël tout arrive dans les temps !
