Ich kann eine solche Firma mit diesem moralisch fragwürdigen Verhalten nicht Unterstützen. jeder der Heutzutage Lego noch Kauft unterstützt deren massiven Vorgehen gegen kleine Händler die Alternativen anbieten . Aber gegen große Versandhändler wagen sie sich nicht Vorzugehen da diese sich auch Problemlos auf größere und kostspielige Auseinandersetztung erlauben können

"Ware trotz Expressversand nicht geliefert..."
Ich habe per Expressversand ( kostet 10 Euro zusätzlich) bestellt ! Heute am 23.12 immer noch nicht da ! Laut Support sollte das Paket aber heute definitiv kommen ! 4 Stunden später habe ich den Support erneut kontaktiert, dort wurde mir gesagt die Ware wird nicht eintreffen und man wisse nicht warum vorher gesagt wurde es kommt definitiv an ! Ich musste also am 23. noch in Windeseile neue Geschenke besorgen ! Die Kosten für den Expressversand bekomme ich nicht erstattet! Einen Gutschein für den Lego Shop habe ich bekommen ! Werde definitiv die Sachen zurück schicken! Nie wieder !
Update am 24.12.2023
Der versprochene Gutschein per Mail ist wie von Lego versprochen auch nicht gekommen !
Was schlechteres habe ich noch nicht erlebt

"DO NOT order online from LEGO go into store..."
Ordered the Gringotts Bank set on Wednesday 20th December on express delivery (1-2 days delivery) received confirmation that my order had been processed and received a shipping notification. After looking at the tracking website Thursday evening I see that my parcel was still in Brussel's so conversed with LEGO's online chat and was advised that it would now arrive Saturday and that my express delivery charge would be refunded. Then I get a DHL text late Friday night saying it wont be delivered until 27th December (I'll let you make up your own mind what I was thinking). Saturday morning conversed with the online chat and was advised there's nothing they can do to rectify the situation, their only solution was for me to visit a store and buy it AGAIN ! Then they would send me a pre-paid label to ship it back to them, the refund would take 14 business days, 3 chuffing weeks!!. So save your self the hassle and stress and go into store.

"The LEGO that STOLE CHRISTMAS..."

I made an order on 27th October 2023 for Christmas presents, unfortunately I had purchased the incorrect sets so returned them so I could re-order the correct sets.
As of writing, it has been 7 weeks since the items were returned and delivered back to LEGO, yet they have not refunded me. The say their warehouse team have not yet inspected the contents of the returned goods. 7-WEEKS LATER...
...Oh, and Lego store policy states refunds are processed within 14 days 💩💩💩
After many emails and phone calls, today they have finally confirmed they will not return my money nor confirm how long they will take for them to check at the warehouse.
Christmas day has now approached, and I am without my refund AND without any replacement lego sets. I will be attending my Christmas EMPTY HANDED.
Thank you LEGO, for stealing Christmas this year.
Worst company ever, I will be contacting the ombudsman service and trading standards about this.

Fantastisk support <3 Vi saknade en arm till min sons Super Mario-lego och mailade supporten då vi inte kunde hitta reservdelen på reservdelssidorna. De svarade snabbt och skickade ut en ersättningsarm + en extra arm inom några dagar.

When a backorder is significantly delayed, they don't even email you!
Customer service thought this was fine and implied I should refresh the website every day to get the latest status on backorder dates.
In this case, the backorder slipped from December 18 to January 12. No email advising of the delay.
This company is massively incompetent.

Over and above customer service. I spoke to someone on the online chat to chase up a gift card I had ordered for my son. I had read that standard orders take 2-4 days (this is laid out clearly under the Deliveries help section). However, apparently gift cards take longer (this information is not listed under the Deliveries help section and therefore I hadn't noticed this). I spoke to Aries who was understanding and who went out of their way to assist me. Friendly, helpful and found a solution which will prevent my son missing out on a gift for Christmas. I even received a follow up email to check in. So impressed. Thankyou.
