Several items out of stock, company did a great job over the phone organising replacements or omissions. Shipping was very fast, and fuss free! Driver was well prepped to handle the return of replacement items we didn’t like.

Plant condition however was a mixed bag. Three plants ordered, one stunning in amazing Nick, one healthy but a far cry from the photos in terms of ‘fullness’ and one with a majority of leaves substantially damaged.

Pains me to give such an average review for such good customer service, however, the primary produce is the plants.

Hand picked plants where in great condition - would pick the same if I was instore shopping!
Inwaant home when the delivery arrived. Driver went to the efforts of gaining access yo the apt block and left them outside my front door.
I would say an improvement would be sending an email to confirm a delivery date would be great.

"Rotted plants and rude staff"

I got a window box of plants from Urban life and paid extra money to have them planted by a professional with fertilizer put in. Less than 3 weeks after I bought them they have completely rotted and I have followed the care guidelines from the “professional” at Urban Plant. I called them to explain the situation and was accused that it was my fault and they could not have been ruder on the phone. Couldn’t recommend a place less. Overpriced and poor quality

I really liked that the team helped me a lot with making the purchase... I have to highlight that I live in Spain... and my friend picked up the plants without problem and in good condition... just as they are shown on the website... I didn't use the shipping service because it seemed expensive to me...
