The 2 large plants were very dirty when I received them. I ordered two planters and one is damaged. I emailed Urban Plant Life and received no reply. It is very disappointing that they don't seem to care about customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered 2 plants for delivery, they advised that they didn't have the size I requested in stock and would have to send a smaller size. When I received the delivery they were completely different plants and was told they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock at all! Their inventory and website management is not reliable at all.

I was waiting for my order for almost 3 weeks. I had to call myself twice to learn what is going on. And then magically after my calls my plants arrived the next day. But anyway I cannot call their conditions good. They are a bit shabby
