"Pretty crap"

Ordered 3 plants and 1 bag of potting substrate. No updates... made enquiries a week later, got a slightly rude response. Then nothing... after 2 weeks I enquired again. A few days later I was told that (by now) they'd sold out of the plants I ordered (which were in stock at the time) so I got a partial refund and ended up stuck with a €10 shipping fee for a much smaller order that was worth more or less the same as the shipping! If I had known I could only buy the potting substrate i would never have placed the order! Really not great at all.

"Great place"

Great place. Beautiful plants for a cheaper price than other places in Dublin. The guy who attend us was so nice and explained everything really well. They deliver us the plants so fast at our home the next day.
