"Terrible Refund Policy"

I had a change of heart about pursuing an insurance license. I met all the requirements for a refund EXCEPT I spent over an hour in the course. Keep in mind I took no quizzes, tests, or exams. I took nothing, only just watched the pre recorded videos, did not even attend any live lectures. As someone who is completely new to Insurance, how in the world am I supposed to decide within an hour if that is what I want to do to continue my career. An hour is the most absurd rule for a refund policy. So now that I have been rejected a refund I guess that $160 is just money wasted down the drain. I will NEVER use Examfx for any of my future endeavors and I will make sure everyone I know and love does not use it either. I will take accountability for not reading the refund policy, however an hour into the course was not enough time for me to determine if that is what I wanted to continue with. Therefore, I did not think about reading the refund policy until after it was already too late(which I feel like was done purposely to make sure of no refunds). As someone who is new to this you have really let me down Examfx do better.

"Great study format"

Study material was in great format and flow. Videos and flash cards were very helpful.

"Substandard and defective."

This curriculum I am using is poorly written. The text is full of spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, typos, and poor sentence structure, to the point that it confuses the reader.
My biggest complaint is that I have been auto logged out on several occasions. I have been logged out of my account in the middle of multiple quizzes, practice tests, and even my practice exam (with 20 questions and 55 minutes to go). I can only assume this has been due to my being logged in for lengthy periods of time and the course has auto logged out, even while I am actively studying and using the materials.
This has been wildly frustrating.
The program is substandard. I will not be recommending it to anyone.

I took an in-person class for my P & C license, and I used FX's exams, and they were very helpful. The test is laid out just like the state test and the info presented was exactly what was on the exam. Passed my test on the first try! Now, I'm going to take their online class and use the practice exams for my life/health exam.

"Clueless and non-customer focused…"

This company is focused on themselves and not the needs of their customers. When it comes to making one off decisions that create a positive perspective for examfx and a feel good experience for their clients they are clueless. Please choose another prelicensing and/or continuing education company as this company will fail and close soon because they will not (their choice) operate in the best interest of all parties involved. Don’t trust this company and you will have greater success with a more established company with objectives and motives inline with their customers. Please avoid this company and go elsewhere.

What a nightmare this program did not help me at all you make it difficult, once you think you have everything there is to know the certificate test was horrific. The worst program EVER!!!! Questions are like if you were study for the bar. I do not recommend it. Waste of you companies money for sure.
