I dont know where to start... first i paid of the health and life video version so i can watch to keep along since i tend to lose focus when i read for to long. i thought it was perfec so i started dec 4th ... i was SOOOOOO wrong. the videos skip out on tones of important information and they lady speaking makes it all way more confusing then it needs to be. the flash cards at the end of each chapter do not change. gives you the same 15-20 words definitions out hundreds that can be thrown into the mix......... at this point i paid all that money to sit on youtube and watch melissa the insurance lady explain things in a way that make's sense. yon top of it all when it comes to the readiness exam i only get 2 attempts??? and if i fail those i get no more??? the readiness exam is a close to the read exam and you limit us to 2...? awful . im still wondering why i paid for the video course when the videos do not inform you properly and skip over SO MUCH? information. i have 60 hours of study time and have failed the real exam and both readiness exams... i guess ill continue reading to see if this course is even worth a penny........... as of now i wouldn't recommend this course to anyone (for health and life i cannot speak for any of courses offered on here) may i also add that they do -20 efforts to help you retain this information. its more of a read the chapters and you better remember or your screwed type of teaching.



update: not sure where you requested more information but I've received 0 emails requesting anything. i will contact the support team. from taking the real test i believe you guys are not as good as yall make yourselves sound ! but maybe its me. i have a re test in 2 weeks and ill continue to follow the study recommendations that have already failed me twice so far!!!





UPDATE 2 : passed my exam!! NO thanks to examfx . i highly recommend for health side to skip examfx and use "melissa the insurance queen" because she works magic !! over 90 hours and 2 fails when i trusted examfxs methods ( which might work for some but not others) i spent 1 week watching her videos and passed on my 3rd attempt !!! ANYONE WONDERING IF ITS WORTH IT??? ITS NOT. unfortunately i signed up for health and life through examfx so i will give them one more shot and if i fail its because examfx is a scam (maybe not if you signed up for the actual classes) AGAIN THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERINCE WITH EXAMFX

I called to buy the study guide. Spoke to a guy named Alex. I needed the study guide on Wednesday. It was Monday when I ordered it. Alex told me point blank, you will get it Wednesday. I paid 20 something dollars for shipping. Wednesday came, I called fedex and they told me that it was coming on Thursday now. That’s not acceptable but hey you know what it happens. Thursday comes and they changed my delivery date for Friday. I called Examfx to see what was going on, just to find out from Bill Watson that I should have paid 90 something dollars if I wanted the study guide ij two days. So I asked to talk to a manager, he made me wait and he didn’t transfer me to the manager. When I asked about Alex’s last name he said he is the only Alex in the office but I don’t know his last name. Very poor customer service from all of them. Now I still don’t know when my guide is coming because they keep changing the day.

"Property and Casualty"

I've just stared Property and Casualty. My issue is the inability to copy and paste the chapter summaries to use as study materials. I contacted examfx and was told I had to purchase materials. I can understand the entire program not being available maybe for fear of theft but I don't feel supported if I have no access to the study material. PDF attachments of the chapter summaries to be used as study guides and the glossary would've been appreciated.
