"I have spent soo much money on my life…"

I have spent soo much money on my life and health course and had to extend and pay more to complete it and can no longer access those courses after paying over 300 dollars because of the 1 year time line... life happens. Other companies do not set time limits!!! WASTE OF MONEY

UNFORTUNATELY, NOT CHOSING A STAR IS NOT AN OPTION! Currently I have completed this program and PASSED the State Exam for P&C. During this time, I changed my name due to getting married. I am running into a problem with this company not sending my documents I need to the state. All information sent by this company has to match the information on my state application. I have also submitted my certificate online to the state by attaching it, but they cannot accept this as Exam Fx has to electronically send this over. They will not correct my Pre-licensing Certificate or any information for my application due to it being over 30 days past the time I received the certificate of completion. I have been told the ONLY options I have are to take are to retake the course or submit a new state application with my Maiden name. (The State Department advise -DO NOT RESUBMIT) Which I would have to pay for each of these AGAIN. Please know this company's terms and regulations before signing on. I am a very unsatisfied customer!
