DO NOT USE EXAMFX. I have found so many errors in their program. I also signed up for their live online courses. The two instructors were about 80 years old and could barley work a computer. 1 guy stuttered so bad i couldn't make out what he was saying. the 2nd guy just talked about nothing the whole time. I couldnt even finish the 2 days of classes. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I contact management for a refund, after explaining to them all the issues i had with their service they threatened to call the cops on me!!! They told me my complaints were "harassment" So i guess now i've wasted about 20 hours of my time plus i'm out $160. What a worthless company. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

It was a long slog but I passed the test the first time. My main complaint is that even though ExamFX says there are instructors/someone to answer questions -- each time I reached out (3 times) I NEVER got an answer. No one even contacted me to find out what I needed. That was very frustrating

Everyone and everything about this company is completely disgusting. I have read so many reviews, which all had basically the same complaints: poor quality content and will never, ever provide a refund. Regardless of how everyone is sharing the same bad experiences, they are all met with the same canned response: sorry you are having this experience, it is not the normal experience. If you were truly sorry, you would provide a refund for your terrible experience. The problem is that most experiences are very bad. You are choosing to ignore the repetitive complaints. You can not look at 100+ complaints about the same issue and say that it is unusual. Get your head out of the sand and fix your content and process.

Do not waste your time or energy with this company. I found an organization that is 180 from ExamFX. So far, it's great. The content seems on point, and customer service does not yell at you for being a customer. Course layout looks much better as well. I will come back next week with their name if they continue to be a positive experience and post the name. I have to use it longer before I can make a recommendation.

I believe that I was misled about the comprehensive of this program. Many things listed in the course are not correct. As I got things wrong on the practice exams, I consulted the Chicago/Illinois laws and the written laws are not correctly represented in the study materials. I'm not sure how their practice questions are aligned but course material is not.

Took my General Lines L&H exam and scored a 94%! I took advantage of all the tools available (study guide, flashcards) and studied as directed. I gladly listed ExamFX as my study tool on the review of the testing site that followed the exam. I am extremely happy with Exam FX.

I just took my state exam this morning after using this course and couldn't be more pleased with the results as I passed on the first attempt. I would have been happy if I had passed by one point but instead made an 87 on the test. If you do what they tell you to do, you will not fail. This is an excellent course and a lot more inexpensive than some I looked at. Thanks so much to ExamFX. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

"Strongly recommend ExamFx for the LAH exam"

ExamFX was the only tool I used to pass my life, accident and health exam on the first try. The course material was relevant but does, of course, require one to take notes. The quizzes at end of each chapter, which I took many many times before moving to the next chapter were great and the videos were helpful to provide an overall understanding, which definitely helped one to understand the subject matter from a more logical perspective.

The best tool from my perspective, however, were the focused practice exams which I thought were a bit harder than the actual test so I was quite prepared for the examination.

I followed the directions provided and found that ExamFX worked like a charm.
