Neil and Emma were extremally helpful and professional and we have been left with some quality blinds. The price was fair and they managed to fit us in sooner than expected which was really appreciated. I'd recommend them to anyone looking at replacing or getting new blinds fitted and will definitely be using them in the future!!!!

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with the Blind Factory last summer, who helped us to sort out a new set of Venetian blinds for a front room's bay window. We wanted blinds with an authentic wood finish that would compliment an oak floor, but this proved to be quite difficult: after ordering samples from the big online companies, we found the wood effect on their product looked fake and cheap. I contacted a few competitors in the West Yorkshire area but they couldn't accommodate what we had in mind. We were on the verge of settling for a cheap set of white ones that would have done the job, but I gave the Blind Company a call and the first conversation with Emma was really encouraging: she listened to our needs and tried to understand the look we were going for. She asked us to come in to check out what they had: I don't really know that much about the trade but the Blind Factory orders from manufacturers, which gives them a very wide range of products on offer. They also know what they are talking about, so if you are like me and have something specific in mind but don't know how to go about finding it, then they will be able to help.

So they had exactly what we wanted, and the order came with professional fitting from Neil (lovely bloke) - we were out of the country when they could be done but we gave them a key and the job was finished ready for when we came back. They looked great, but unfortunately there was a fault with the blinds that we didn't notice - they ordered a replacement set without us asking and came by to fit them shortly afterwards: this left us very impressed with the care and attention to detail they take over their work.

So yes the blinds look amazing and we regularly get compliments on them. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the Blind Factory, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If you have a very specific idea of what you want then I would strongly recommend their services because they really listen to you and try to accommodate your needs - the price is also incredibly reasonable given the level of service. Now we have a set of blinds that complete the room and make it look really amazing, thanks Emma and Neil!

Emma and Neil provide fantastic customer service.
I first used The Blind Factory in 2016 and they fitted a range of Velux, Perfect Fit and roller blinds to my property. I have just used them again for a number of Perfect Fit blinds and both times I have found them to be quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Installation incredibly neat and all packaging taken away. Super service!
