Spoke to both Emma and Neil at their factory shop and over the phone, both were informative and friendly - suggesting various ideas and alternatives for me and what i needed. They were happy to write me up estimated costs for various blinds for all my windows and despite me ending up going for a cheaper option and buying fewer blinds, they were still as helpful and willing to take on my job.

Enjoyed talking to both Emma and Neil, both really nice people who are knowledgeable about their Trade.

Ordered 6 wooded blinds form the Blind Factory Leeds (supply only), they look fantastic. Excellent service and advice. There is a huge range to choose from and staff were very helpful. I shopped around and found their prices significantly better than local competition.
I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to in this instance. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve just had my 10 year old wooden slat blinds re strung by Neil. I cannot thank Emma and Neil enough for such a wonderful job. My blinds are like brand new. Not expensive at all and saved from landfill - fabulous job and would highly recommend them.
