I contacted Mark Cunningham who had secured a mortgage for me some years ago. I also have a Buy to Let Mortgage which was steadily increasing month by month. I was not sure if it was possible to get a better deal or fixed price mortgage with a buy to let. I contacted Mortgage Decision/Mark Cunningham and I received a call back very quickly. Mark was able to review where I was now, what my request was and came back with a deal that I am extremely happy with. The deal allows me to save over a hundred pounds and gives me time to plan for the future of the property. In addition, it also means I do not have to pass the rising cost of the mortgage on to my tenant.
