I first spoke with Rich 12 months ago, before I had even picked a property and he spent time going through all my options, with no pressure to push forward at all.

Fast forward 6 months, and we were confronted with some challenging past circumstances meaning my initial offers were poor. Despite this, Rich had the patience of a preschool teacher and worked hard scouring the mortgage world to find what eventually would be the perfect deal for me at a budget I'm happy with.

The only issue now, is I have to pay for the house, but I can't really hold Rich to that one, as I did know what I was getting Into, haha.
