I am satisfied with the purchase. I didn't get a shipment notification which would have been nice. My order had one missing part. I completed the chat form on the website and called and left 3 unreturned voice messages. I completed another chat request and it finally made it to someone. After that, they were super helpful and attentive, and had Eclisse sent me out the missing part overnight.

I ordered a dual pocket door system from here that clearly stated that it was in stock and would ship the next business day. It has been almost a month and I've only received half of the order. I've reached out to the main manager Ben through email twice with no response, called the customer service center and they supposedly "escalated" the issue to the same person who hasn't responded to my emails and to date I still have no resolution. If you can't keep your items in stock, DONT ADVERTISE AS IF THEY'RE IN STOCK!! Now I have a huge project just sitting waiting on this door system. Last time I buy from here, prices are also outrageous BUT since it was "IN STOCK" I went ahead and placed the order.
