We are very pleased with the appearance and fit ot our new tops and sink. The fitter, Craig, was professional and courteous and did an excellent job. We appreciated his attention to detail. The staff at Joe's Doors have also been helpful and friendly.

The service from start to finish was beyond excellent.
Our initial telephone call was very informative and outlined how their service works.
The salesman arrived spot on time and was very polite and professional. He went though our options and gave us a quote. He was not like other salesmen he did not push at all; he just showed us what there was and gave us a very good price. Next, they booked a surveyor to get the exact measurements. The items arrived a week before the install.
The delivery driver again was very polite, he respected our property making sure not to make any marks. In fact, a one stage he called out to me that I nearly hit the wall as I was helping him.
On the day of install the fitter arrive on time. Introduced him and fully explained the plan for the day and made sure we were happy with it.
Our installers name was Dave and is such a great guy and installer. He again respected our property. During the day he made sure we were happy as he progressed. It was like having a friend around for the day. At the end of the install, he completely cleaned up even though we said to leave it and we would do it. He went around every part of the new install to make sure we were happy, which we were more than happy.
The whole experience was the best we have had from any company we have used. We would highly recommend them. Our kitchen now looks like a brand new one but from less than half price.
As for Dave the installer he was the icing on the cake. Such a pleasure to have him in our home.

We noticed some 1 star feed back before we ordered. I contacted the office and asked about the issues raised and I was given answers without hard feeling or issue. From the rep to the delivery driver to the office staff to the fitter, every one did a GREAT job. We have no complaints about company.

From the initial enquiry to the installation, the connection with Quartzize was good. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and professionally. The finished result looks excellent.

What an amazing company, from the start to the finish, they were polite, with no pressure sales, throughout the experience they have been professional. When it came to fixing Nick was absolutely brilliant, we could not fault him, he arrived at 7am each day and worked till 5pm amazing! Thank you for a great new kitchen

Terrible experience.
Advert on the television commercial states that you could put hot saucepans on your work tops. I have done this and it has damaged my work tops.
I have been back and forth emailing Quatzize on how we can get a resolution for my issue and they have point blank ignored me.
False advertising and I will be taking it to the financial ombudsman.

What can I say what a brilliant company to deal with. From making an appointment to have someone to call and give us advice and help in choosing our doors and worktops and give us a quote which we were very happy with. Paul was the very nice gentleman that sorted us out. Very cheerful and polite not at all pushy. Next we had Evan the surveyor to make sure measurements were perfect. The delivery arrived two days before work was to start
First day our fitter Sean put all new doors and drawers in. Second day the quartz tops were fitted. We must say Sean was excellent from start to finish. Really a true professional at his work. Cleared hoovered left no mess
, a very nice friendly man. Waiting this week for rubbish to be collected. The office staff especially Anita was always there on the phone checking if we were happy with the work. She was very friendly, polite and helpful throughout. The kitchen looks stunning. Thanks to Joe's doors and quartz. Would advise anybody wanting a kitchen makeover to go to this company.
