I was initially a bit dubious about the whole idea of a care fees annuity but the initial chat with Eldercare was very helpful and answered my concerns without being pushy. The process was relatively straightforward and I was kept informed throughout the various stages. Once the quotes were through, it was really useful to look through and discuss all the available options and there was no pressure either way. The admin side to set up the plan was also very efficient. All in all, I am very satisfied with the outcome and the product we ended up with.

I attended an excellent Eldercare Solutions presentation by Nicky Cave at the care home my mother had just moved into. Our family had obviously been very concerned about finding the right care for her and how to fund it. I cannot thank Eldercare enough for the exemplary help they provided in finding the right annuity package for my mum's care home fees. It took around a year to sell my mum's house and in all that time, Eldercare kept in touch but were very patient and very understanding. When we were finally ready to look in detail at the annuity, we were guided expertly and very kindly by Michael. He took the trouble to explain everything, (sometimes more than once when I didn't understand or had forgotten what had been spoken about before) and advised on everything we asked about and more.
