I first used Notaro Windows some 20 years ago and must say that they have never let me down. I've had windows, two doors and a porch plus two double glazed windows, which were my latest purchases from them. From the initial enquiry to the acceptance of the quote and the finished job I cannot fault the company.
Their help and advice helps to provide confidence in their ability to provide to your requirements.
Staff were friendly, very skilled and eager to ensure I was involved should a question arise concerning aesthetics before completing the task in hand. Any issues that arose were quickly put right with no fuss. An example of this was when I noticed that one of the glass units had a very small smear on the inside of one of the glass panels, it was quickly taken care of and was replaced as soon as possible.
Possibly their not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I would highly recommend Notaro Windows.

The whole process was dealt with professionally from the first quote, to the fitting. The fitter (Paul) was quick, clean and professional. He tidied everything as he went around. The new windows look lovely and the doors are beautiful. There was one window that was measured incorrectly, Paul fitted a blank panel whilst a new pain of glass was made. This took 3 weeks, but once it arrived, it was fitted within 15 minutes.

From start to finish Notaro gave super Customer service and the front door quality is fantastic. The planning and drawing up phase was meticulous and so we knew everything would run smoothly and more so as they manufacture the doors in their own factory. The fitters were polite, considerate and very knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and carefully, and even with the cold weather kept cheerful. The office staff were always on hand to answer any queries and very helpful. We would recommend Notaro without hesitation and certainly be using them again.

Efficient and friendly after sales service from receptionist to fitters. I had a window handle that failed after 4 years, spoke to Jasmine and the next day the repairman were round to fix it. I can’t fault this company, we have used them for bespoke patio doors and a few years latter replacement windows, overall very happy with product and customer service. 🙂

The whole experience, from initial visit, measuring and fitting of a replacement door was completed in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. I like a company that will quote for a job and keep to that price, there was no ‘special event’ or phone call to a manager. They just do what has been agreed and clean up afterwards.
