Review of Notaro windows and doors.
We desperately needed double glazing however, knew this was going to be (for us) a big investment. Therefore gathered quotations from three other companies and decided to go with Notaro. Now, they were not the cheapest! So why did I choose them? We based our decision on four key areas. We wanted a company who manufactured supplied and fitted their own product with their own employees. Eg: (No short cutting subcontractors) (or have problems with replacement parts) We wanted a robust product with good quality glass to put up with the riggers of our British weather. All frames were aluminium reinforced provided us with the reassurance we wanted. A 10 year manufacture warranty guarantee and the comfort of knowing we were investing in a local company who from reading other review sites plus friends that have had the same product fitted. Could not fault the service and after sales care. The team who arrived were polite pleasant on time able to tell us what was being fitted and demonstrated how the products worked. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the glass for our back door fitted at the same time, which is due to be fitted at a later date.
Despite this, we were really pleased with the fit and finish and if you are in the same position and you need to buy some double glazing and doors rest assured you can buy with confidence.

We invited Notaro back to quote for new door and windows. Quote very competitive and work proceeded. Paul took 3 days to complete installation to an exceedingly high standard. Dedicated, clean and tidy, product of highest quality, very pleased with outcome. Beautiful lighthouse picture window completed the look!

"From start to finish Mike"

From start to finish Mike, Colin and the fitters were very professional. Mike talked us through all of our options and designs and was never pushy always gave us time to digest and decide. Colin came to do the measuring and site survey which again was very thorough. The fitters turned up on time and fitted the windows and door in one day and took away all the old ones and left the place as they found it. Have been thoroughly impressed with Nataro so far and would have no issues in recomending them to anyone. Not the cheapest but sometimes you get what you pay for and we also get peace of mind knowing they are local if we need them.

"Replacement Glass Units"

We had several windows (not Notaro) where the seal had failed and the windows had condensation between the panes. Notaro replaced the panes so now we have lovely clear windows. All the staff were punctual (salesman, surveyor, and fitters) and all 8 windows were completed in less than an hour with minimal disruption and for a reasonable price. The house is now warmer and quieter - the only problem is I have to clean the other windows now….! Highly recommended, thanks guys!
