The whole process of selecting our stylish new front door was incredibly smooth and without a hitch.Comprehensive advice was given at the design stage, precise measurement went ahead and then fitting took place with no concerns at any stage. All the people we met with from Notaro's were very professional and easy to chat to. The fitters worked with very little mess, cleared up what was there and gave instructions on the locking mechanism. The finish was top notch and we have had many complimentary comments from friends and neighbours.

Friendly and professional from start to finish. Great to feel that our wants and needs were listened to in the sales appointment. No pushy salesman. All options were explained for the new front door, and for moving our catflap from a small window to the patio door. The fitters were fantastic. Both parts of the job completed with little disruption. Whilst one took out the old front door, the other gentleman set to work getting the window panes changed over. Everything has been finished neat and tidy, and all working as it should. Really happy with the job.

Installed five new windows and a back door. One window was initially not as specified in our contract but the error was rectified as soon as we pointed it out. Very good quality items put in by helpful and careful installers who took great pains to minimise disruption and to clean up when they had finished. We have used this company a number of times in the past and always been very satisfied.

OUTSTANDING QUALITY and PHENOMENAL SERVICE... some 6 years ago we chose NOTARO to replace the rotting windows and the equally dilapidated leaking conservatory at the beautiful house we had recently moved into. We were delighted with the outcome. The conservatory quickly became our favourite room with its new French doors from the lounge and dining room. My wife passed away after a long illness last year... the dining room and conservatory becoming her world for a while... I can't put into words how very special those rooms became, and still are to me. The conservatory was her favourite room in the house with it's bifold doors and view to the garden that we had created together.
A few months ago I contacted NOTARO again because I needed to replace the old wooden windows in the small cottage my son lives in on my property. With help and an invitation to visit the factory I chose Evolution Flush Casement windows which are constructed and look just like the wooden originals. They were fitted this week by the same team of two that did the work on my house... the result is outstanding! While discussing the new windows at home a few issues were noted with the earlier work. Yesterday, the expert team of two gave the conservatory a once over replacing parts that had weathered and it looks like new again. To say that NOTARO have exceeded my expectations is an understatement. An hour ago I sat having a morning coffee in the conservatory with tears running down my face... happy and sad all at the same time. I did not realise those years ago how important the decision to task NOTARO with the work on our house had been. We should have written a review then but I assumed their high standards were the norm. I am now certain that it would be almost impossible to find such workmanship and commitment to excellence anywhere. This family run company should be very proud of all the staff I have had contact with, the quality of its products and most particularly the workmanship of their installers.
