"Excellent doors"

Of the 3 quotes we obtained Notaro wasn't the cheapest but gave us a good price and the greatest confidence that replacing our doors would be a good experience.
The salesman listened to our requirements, the surveyor answered all our questions and checked everything. We agreed to a January installation and were concerned we hadn't heard from the company by the last week in January. An apology followed by immediately fixing a date for the first week in February restored our confidence, especially when the day turned out warmer and drier than most of January. The fitters arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaning up as they went, and rearranged the timing of the second day to fit in with our schedule.
We are extremely pleased with the look, increased security, and heat retention provided by all the doors.

The work was carried out to a very high standard. The guys were polite, proffessional and knowledgable. No mess, no damage just proffesional work of the highest standard which is in keeping with previous work undertaken by this company on our property.

We have used this company for over 20 years, initial to fit double glazing windows and doors all around our detached house and then installing gutters, soffits, etc.

From time to time they have come back to do the odd bit of maintenance and repair as things have worn out. They have always taken the trouble to understand our requirements and provide advice and guidance. From initial enquiry through fitting, maintenance and back office support they have provided an excellent service.

"Great experience of secondary glazing"

We had secondary glazing (vertical sliders) installed on two large sash bay windows in December 2023. The whole experience was pleasant and professional from the initial visit by the representative to the installation. They even arranged for us to visit two previous installations before we commissioned them as we were worried about how the secondary glazing would look.
We needn't have worried - the secondary glazing is barely noticeable and we still have our beautiful original sash windows - but we are so much warmer. Cold air and draughts have been eliminated as has condensation. The price wasn't cheap but much less than having the original windows and sash boxes ripped out and replaced with double glazing.
We would definitely recommend Notaro for anyone who wants to preserve sash windows but get a warmer house.

"Very good throughout"

Very good throughout. The sales guy Martin is brilliant, a breath of fresh air for the double glazing world. Not pushy, does not dangle offers to get you to sign up. Doesn't waste your time. Kept contact respectfully. We had a backdoor replaced and the fitting guys were great, quality workmanship, quality door has made a huge difference to our old house both increased light and reduced cold air coming in. We will use Notaro again.

"Amazing new bespoke arched windows & doors!"

We have some amazing new windows & doors that were carefully and very professionally fitted (by Nigel & Kevin - 2 superstars!) leaving very little mess and done in a considerate fashion to accommodate our needs. There was a delay in the delivery of our windows and doors beyond the initially suggested timescale, but this wasn't an issue as we were kept fully in the loop and understood from the outset that 4 of our windows / doors were bespoke arched shapes (they had each been templated carefully by Colin - thanks). The end result was worth the wait and looks stunning.
Notaro may not have been the cheapest option but they came highly recommended and definitely offer great value and service - we would strongly recommend them!

In house construction resulted in speedy delivery and installation of our sliding porch door. This was carried out efficiently by their friendly team and all left clean and tidy. The team took the trouble to carry out my specific instructions regarding additional work. Not the cheapest quotation but I am impressed with the high quality and would certainly use this company again.
