Purchased the platinum 4+2 bbq today with the help of Sarah (online chat so not a bot!!) Sarah made it such an easy process and helped me through the process. Can’t wait to get bbq now. 10/10 for Sarah’s customer service

As it was everything went nice and smoothly and I got a great product when I expected it.

Excellent BBQ. Would have been 5 star if the instructions were better. Absolutely appalling. A prominent note letting customers know that the gas hose is a LEFT HAND THREAD! would have been useful!

"Damaged goods don't buy & poor customer service"

Received a BBQ, which was damaged when arrived so I took photos of the damage the same day it arrived and sent it to, Cosmogrill. The Hood has a deep scratch on the top and side and the bottom sections were twisted. I emailed the photos on the day of delivery to be sure I could get some replacement parts. The best offered is £10 then pay for the parts to be re-packaged and driven over the drop off centre.
