"Brilliant all round grill and service"

Brilliant all round grill and customer service. Arrived within 2 days of ordering, very easy to put together and excellent heat control available on both Gas and Charcoal sides. Offset smoker is also very good but does take a few goes to get used to.
Would thoroughly recommend the Cosmogrill Dual fuel. Excellent product and service.

The design of the barbecue is really good charcoal side with Adjustable Charcoal rack is very good Along with the sides smoker. The grease tray on the gas side is not so good. It has leaked grease all over my Patio area as it leaks out of the corner and does not run down to tray. Cooks very well on both sides, charcoal or gas Fully adjustable unusable other than staining on patio

Good response to my enquiry. Good suggestion regarding stainless steel heat deflector, compared to original tinny ones. Delivered on time and they impressed my Bro in Law. His response was. Blimey! Even assuming that you had the kit to do so, you couldn’t make them for that price. B.T.W. we’ve cooked on the Cosmo Grill BBQ several times already this year.

"Quality that’s far above the price!"

I don’t leave reviews regularly but I was pleasantly surprised all round.

Well priced, delivered next day, clear and easy assembly and really well built.

Given the price I was expecting something with metal a bit thinner than you’d like, soft screws, rough welds and assembly that needed a bit of extra persuasion due to large manufacturing tolerances but this was spot on in every way.

The functionality is also spot on, it heats up quickly, seems to have a really well distributed heat.

This is one of those all too rare occurrences where the quality far exceeds the price and I was genuinely left really impressed and happy. It’s my new favourite toy!

Things that were great:
The BBQ
The speed of delivery
The communication speed with customer service.

Things that need improving:
Damaged parts in box. Replacements sent but packaging could be better to prevent this
Gestures of good will: was sent the wrong accessory, rather than a simple "keep it" creating good will, I was offered a measly £5 off to keep it.
Sending the right parts: was sent 2 accessories on 2 occassions that were wrong, so took me 3 attempts to get the bits I actually ordered.

BBQ is great though. INstructions clear. Really enjoy using it.
