I recently made a negative review regarding what I thought was discrepancies with the Black Friday pricing. Since then cosmogrill have phoned me to discuss and clarify the position. Even though it was down to me not noticing an extra Black Friday code to enter at checkout on the home page they have refunded me the difference as a good will gesture. As I stated previously cosmogrill products are superb especially at their price range and I have purchased two different bbq’s from them this year. I was shocked when I initially thought there were discrepancies within the pricing structure but as I now know it was error on my part I will definitely be buying from them again. Next up will be the offset smoker. I’m confident my money will be going on a quality bbq and now even more so confident that the after sales and customer service will be equally as good if I should need them. Buy with confidence. I’d like to just state that I am in no way affiliated with CosmoGrill and am under no obligation to write this review I just feel that after leaving a negative review for a mixup I created it is only fair to highlight this and leave a review to reflect how I genuinely feel

Next day delivery even on a Saturday is superb. Nice thick sturdy construction you can tell it will last and the spare parts section means I’ll get many years out of it

Would have been 5 star but one of the rivnuts that hold the bottle opener was stripped of thread, luckily I had stock of a similar size in the garage and replaced it. But the average person may not have access too this

"Grilling Grandeur "
I purchased this barbecue to replace a high spec one that I’ve had for fifteen years, the unit is all stainless steel and very impressive, one person can assemble it out of the three boxes and instructions and various screws are individually shrink wrapped in a packet.
I had a small issue that required a call to customer services and the service I received from Josh was exemplary, dealing with parcel delivery and collection was almost enjoyable!
My issue was resolved competently and efficiently by Josh, a credit to the company.

"Great kit and amazing after sales"
I had a few small problems with slight damage to the BBQ and an odd shaped handle but that was resolved amazingly quickly very a very helpful man called Ian. Can't thank him enough for the fast response and a very quick fix. Even though the damage is quite minor I still got an unexpected, and very welcome, compensation.
Now the BBQ itself...I bought the CosmoGrill Hybrid 4 Burner Barbecue Dual Fuel and Charcoal Smoker. What an amazing bit of kit. Big, sturdy and ready for anything. It has a side burner to do my sauces or fry up a few eggs, a good size grill and a decent sized smoker. Big enough for a sizeable crowd.

"Rotten Cover "
Very happy with this new powerful dual fuel bbq.
Unfortunately, after 2 years the cover totally rotten and disintegrate. After contacting CosmoGrill they simply say sorry no warranty!

"I purchased the 6 burner bbq through B…"
I purchased the 6 burner bbq through B & Q’s website but called and cancelled within 5 minutes. I was assured by a customer service agent that everything was okay and confirmed the cancellation. I immediately placed an order through Cosmo directly as the same product was £32.99 cheaper. The fun then started as the B & Q order was delivered and the Cosmo cancelled. Through no fault of mine and a lot of hollow excuses from B & Q I am now out of pocket. What a great experience……. Not!

"Replacement cover."
Bought the cover as a replacement as our previous cosmogrill grill cover had perished over 14 months,causing it to tear. Trusting that the new one will last longer. Good communication and delivery on the item.

Excellent company to do business with. A small issue with one damaged item of my garden furniture, but replaced and fully resolved within a week. Company staff were polite and courteous with communications, responding to Whatsapp messages within 24 hours. Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you EVRE,with a special mention to Kiran for his help.

"Arrived completely flat packed"
Arrived completely flat packed, literally every part needed to be built but thankfully all bits were there. Impressive when built and cooks brilliantly, although after the first time used it took me about an hour to clean whilst the staining of the "stainless steel" was impossible to remove, especially on the back splash area.
