I was so frustrated when I tried to use my health insurance’s TeleHealth to try to get a refill for my antidepressants. I used their service to get a refill 3 months ago and immediately called around to get an in person appointment for future refills. The earliest I was able to get an appointment was May 5th. Obviously my one month refill wasn’t going to make it. I took half doses to make it stretch for 2 months. When I reached out through TeleHealth and explained my situation they said sorry, we can’t help you. They told me to go to an Urgent Care. So I went to Urgent Care and they do not do refills on my medication.
