Awful customer service. I’m meant to be paid fortnightly, but they didn’t pay me for 5 weeks. I contacted them multiple times to find out what was going on, however their staff were rude, unhelpful and arrogant. They didn’t even apologise or acknowledge that not getting paid was a problem. The issue was only (partly) resolved after me chasing my recruiter to go around Parasol. I would avoid them and use another Umbrella company as they won’t help you when you need it.

Update: their reply says they will be in touch, they haven’t been in touch at all.
