I just want to give credit to Tom Hale and Natasha Marriott for all their work they have done with regards to chasing solicitors on our behalf and providing regular updates. Payment made on 10th aug and getting a result after final complaint. Not good. Sort refer should have a process to follow to chase these cases. Disappointed on this case however I have 16 more cases with them so every case is different. Hope to get a better service for next cases.
