Riferimento 737582462. Mi sono stati addebitati oltre il noleggio già pagato di 283,42 e l'assicurazione supplementare di 160,00 euro pattuiti , ben 1302,00 euro senza alcuna giustificazione. Potrei avere una cortese giustificazione di questo addebito non dovuto e in che tempi mi restituite la somma?In mancanza di una vostra cortese risposta dovrò presentare una denuncia per truffa.

Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid at all cost! Paid Full insurance upon pickup for a car in June. Had to follow up 3 times to get news of the deposit. 7 weeks later, 7!! weeks later, suddenly damage on my rental from back in June magically shows up.. only half of the deposit is reimbursed. Absolutely horrible. I can only refer to Easy Rent Bulgaria as customer service below 0. Of course there's no more answer to any question or request to produce documents.. Go with another agency, and save yourself the most expensive car rental of your life!

C personne on refusé de nous livrer notre véhicule sous prétexte que nous avons une carte de débit et non une carte de crédit alors qu’il n’y a pas de différence entre les deux aurre mis que la carte de crédit est un crédit renouvelable 
Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une situation très désagréable surtout que cette entreprise n’a aucune morale et surtout ne souhaite pas louer de véhicule mais collecte les 5€ ou je ne c quelle sommes verser dans le cadre d’une annulation tous en sachant que nous avons fait aucune annulation donc je vous laisse faire le calcul avc 100 pers sans avoir louer aucune voiture

J'ai loué une voiture du 23 au 25 aout, la fameuse clio 4 qui au passage est très dangeureuse, j'ai rendu la voiture avec plus d'essence que je ne l'ai prise puisque le réservoir était vide, la personne me dit que tout est ok, il me débite 2 fois le montant de 1023 euros.
Un débit de 1023 euros le jours de la prise de location, alors que la caution était de 600 euros et il me débite encore 1023 euros le jours de la restitution. soit un total de 2046 euros. Ce sont des escrocs, je porte plainte contre cette compagnie. Fuyez

They asked me for an additional 2000 BGN even though I had already paid for top protection + deposit with their partner EconomyBookings.

The guy behind the counter tried to convince me that i paid my fees with EconomyBookings but not with them. He was trying to convince me that in the case of an accident, I would have to go and claim my expenses from their partner, EconomyBookings. (Poor communication between both companies)


The lad who works there at night has a disgusting rude attitude. If you read this, I wish you all the best, and I really hope your employer gives you a better shift and more holidays so you stop complaining how instead of sleeping you wasting your time being there ( even though that's your choice to work there and that's your job) and be so unpleasant with your customers.

Next day after i left review in Google maps the same guy used my personal data from their records to get my number and called threatened me with court, saying that I'm lying and that I'm not educated. He doesn't want to see me anymore using their services.

I recently had the absolute worst experience with Easy Rent Bulgaria, and I feel obligated to warn anyone considering doing business with them. They hit me with an outrageous and completely unjustified charge of $1,700 for returning a car that was merely dirty from traveling with children. Yes, you read that right—$1,700 for a dirty car! A simple $20 car wash would have resolved the issue, but instead, they’ve chosen to exploit their customers with predatory charges.

Their behavior is not only abusive but downright exploitative. These practices are an embarrassment to their company and a stain on the reputation of the country they operate in. It’s clear that they are taking advantage of customers, hoping that people won’t push back on these extortionate fees. If this is how they treat their clients, you can expect nothing but trouble when dealing with them.

Do yourself a favor—don’t fall into their trap. If you value your hard-earned money, your time, and your peace of mind, look elsewhere. We will make sure to spread the word about this disgraceful conduct as widely as possible, and I urge you to do the same if you’ve had a similar experience. Easy Rent Bulgaria cannot be trusted, and you should avoid them at all costs! There are plenty of other rental companies that are honest and transparent—don’t risk your trip and finances with these scammers.
