Ils m'ont débité la caution de 1000€ et au retour ont refusé l'état des lieux. Puis comme ils ne rendaient pas la caution ils ont falsifié des documents et photos pour justifier ce vol. Heureusement ma banque s'est battue et j' ai pu récupérer mon argent après 6 mois. Surtout ne louez pas chez ces voleurs .

Like many have pointed out, these guys are totally unethical. The deposit they took from my card was triple what they said it would be and they didn't just block it, but charged, incurring more fees.
They gave me a car which literally had metal brackets screwed on to the front to hold it all together as it had obviously been in an accident before. Luckily, I took a video of the car. Nonetheless, upon returning the car, they charged me €1000 in damages. I sent them the video showing that all the damages were already there before, and after two months of calling and asking for the money back, or pictures of the damage I supposedly caused which was not in the video, they have stopped responding to my emails and won't answer my calls.
DO NOT believe the positive reviews, these guys are some of the worst scammers I have come across.
P.s. Anybody want to join a class action suit to sue them?

I was told that unless I purchase their insurance they won't give me the car. I explained that I had already bought an insurance when booking the vechicle but they insisted that only their insurance is valid. So I was stuck at the airoport and having no other choice I paid for their insurance which was as expensive as renting the vehicle itself. The customer service was terrible, the person I was dealing with was arrogant and rude. Eventually the vehicle that I was given was different to what I had booked and was in bad state with damages everywhere. This seemed like a real scam operation.

After having a problem with my deposit a few years ago, I gave them a second chance and kept hiring cars from Easy Rent Bulgaria. Until December, when I try to rent another car. I received a confirmation, but two days later, I received a phone call from the company and was told that the price I paid was promotional and only valid if I purchased the full insurance. I refused to pay the full cover, and after that, I was told that my reservation would be cancelled. Not only that, but later I was told that my name is on their black list and would not be able to rent cars from them in the future. I asked twice the reason to be on the black list but never received any explanation.

I would like to share my experience for that rental agency, I visit often Bulgaria and I always need a car.I have taken multiple times and never had issue, neither with deposit or cars.My recommendation would be to make the reservation through them, not through a booking platforms.Their offices are in the airport so you don’t need any shuttle survive which is very practical

Rented a car from them last November. Just an average rental place until comes to returning your deposit. Now is February I made countless phone calls and nothing. Strongly recommend to avoid them if you want not to be scammed.

Man bucht ein Auto übers Internet und bekommt eine Bestätigung per Mail. Geld wird abgebucht, alles prima dank Paypal. Dann ruft ein Mitarbeiter der Vermietungsfirma an und sagt, der eigentliche Tarif ist dreimal so hoch, als im Internet angegeben. Stornieren kann er nicht, es kann nur der Kunde tun. "Don't rent without insurance and be careful at the check-in or forget your deposit"
I had a really bad experience with this company, never experienced before with any other rental company worldwide.
I made the booking over Ryanair (who never helped with this issue, by the way) for a 5-days rental a small car because we were 2 moving around Sofia.
When was the moment to sign the contract, they offered an extended-insurance as usual, but was almost as expensive as the rental itself and we decided to discarded.
Curiously, once we communicate that we didn't want the full insurance, they decide the change the car they previously gave as, destroy the contract that we already signed, and gave us a new car that, when we check-in, realize was full of damages.
We made a video of all them and ask for the check-in report, but they never gave it to us and said that all damages are minor (less of 5 cm of diameter) are not reported. We were naif and trust them.
During the rental, aside of some alerts on the car due to a wrong maintenance and a remote lock without battery, everything went well: the car slept mostly in parking and nothing happen.
We returned the car and apparently everything was OK. But when we were entering into the plane going back home, I received an alert of an charge equivalent to the deposit in my credit card. When I arrive at home, I saw an email claiming damages that where already in the car when we check in and an invoice casually with the same amount of the deposit.
All the requests with videos and images showing that the damages were already in the car when we checked-in where ignored, both from Easy Rent (also known as Izi Rent) and Ryanair, without further explanations.
If was even more irregular because they charge me the deposit twice, one as a deposit that was never returned, and a second one when I was entering the plane, without signing anything. Fortunately, we were able to get the money back (6 months later) of this second charge because it was never done with our approval and did not match with the "invoice" of the damages we never made.
I have to say that I never had an issue nor accident before with a rented car: I treat it as my own car and, as said, I had proofs of the damages that never were used as proof.

"600 евро за щета която не съм направил "
600 евро за щета която не съм направил..
Целия процес беше като цяло пълна аматьорщина още от самото начало. Момичето което трябваше да отбележи щетите с които получавам колата, пропусна повече от половината (супер удобно за тях), при което аз трябваше да свърша нейната работа, за да се подсигуря че няма да свърша в ситуация, която така и не успях да избегна. Моя си е вината че видеоматериала който направих на колата не хвана щетата за която така удобно ме гръмнаха 600 евро, но дори и да приемем че щетата е от мене, е крайно нагло, да искаш 600 евро за един праг - който чисто нов струва иначе не повече от 100 евро.
Допълнително, правят (разбира се) всичко по силите си да те убедят да си платиш за застраховка и даже имат наглостта да ти кажат че без такава не можеш да направиш резервация (имам разговора документиран).
При приемането, ми обясниха че колата ще се огледа веднага при връщането, но това разбира се не се случи, и 5 часа след като съм я върнал, им беше доста удобно да намерят нещо за което да ми задържат депозита.
Отне ми цял месец дам получа отговор за тях и като цяло ме съмнява че щях дам получа такъв ако не се бях свързал сам с тях.
Не препоръчвам на никой да наема при тях, но в случай че някой се излъже, се подсигурете със добре детайлно видео на колата и много снимки, за да не плащате за щети които си ги има от няколко месеца.
