"Unkomplizierte Übernahme/ Abgabe"

Die Übernahme des Mietwagen am Airport Sofia, war pünktlich und unkompliziert. Statt des gebuchte VW Passat wurde mir ein Range Rover zur Verfügung gestellt, der mich gut durch die Woche Urlaub begleitet hat. Kein Neuwagen aber in gutem Zustand. Eine Sitzerhöhung für Kinder war wie bestellt dabei.

Bei Übernahme wurde eine Kaution in Höhe von 500 EUR eingezogen. Ein zusätzliche Versicherung gegen etwaige Beschädigung des Fahrzeuges für ca. 100 EUR wird einem angeboten. Es muss aber jeder selbst entscheiden, inwiefern er diese in Anspruch nimmt.

Die Erstattung der Kaution hat sich aufgrund einiger Verständigungsprobleme etwas hingezogen. Diese konnten aber per Mail und telefonisch (auch auf englisch) geklärt werden.

Hello, this is very urgent! I rented a vehicle from your agency from July 29 to August 9 in Sofia Bulgarie .The deposit of €306 was supposed to be refunded, but it has not been done. I demand an immediate refund, or I will file a complaint against your agency!

Please take action immediately—I have waited long enough! I need my money back.

The rental was under the name HUET LOANN, born on April 24, 2001, at Sofia Airport.

Reserveer alstublieft niet bij deze verhuurder! Het zijn grote oplichters!!
Ik moest bij aankomst het dubbele depot betalen (1000 euro). Kreeg een auto, afgetrapte auto met veel schade en een alarmlichtje brandend.
Bij teruggave werd ik lang aan het lijntje gehouden, waardoor ik wel ongezien moest tekenen op het ontvangstformulier, om mijn vlucht niet te missen.
Resultaat: ik kreeg mijn deponeerde niet terug, want er zat geen reservewiel meer in.
Deze had er echter nooit in gezeten. En dan nog: een reservewiel van 1000 euro?
Op mijn mailtjes werd niet gereageerd. Op mijn telefoontjes ook niet. Er werd gezegd: je krijgt niets terug, niet zeuren.
Ook de verzekeringsmaatschappij waar ik de auto bij verzekerd had (rentalcover) heeft diverse keren geprobeerd de reparatiestatus te krijgen. Niet gelukt. Bij mijn laatste telefoongesprek werd doodleuk gemeld dat niets meer mogelijk was omdat de auto al verkocht was.
Ik ben dus opgelicht voor 1000 euro!!!
Ga svp naar een andere verhuurder. Ik hoop dat niemand nog door deze schurken opgelicht kan worden.

Return of deposit was a bit slow and tedious process.Communication could also be better.

I was there in September but I am only now giving my opinion. Everything went quickly and efficiently, I paid for what I had to pay and went home. And that's how it should be. No strange additional fees like other companies do. I recommend it. ALL Positive.

Scammers that will not refund the deposit. As many others mentioned before, they will fake your checkout protocol, and then will retain your deposit (in my case 1500euro) for fake scratches or damage on the car. I was such an idiot that I haven't researched them before renting the car. But, for your own sake, stay away from these scammers!
Just in case anyone else has the same issue: out rental car was a black Mercedes GLA, automatic transmission, quite old(2017-2019) and upon returning the car they pretend I SCRATCHED the spoiler and don't want to refund my deposit! Again, the deposit is 1500 euro, half the price of the god damn car!
