"NO RESERVEIS CON ESTA COMPAÑIA"
Reservamos atraves de Booking este mes de Agosto con esta compañía. Tuvimos un problema mi carnet de conducir físico no lo llevaba tan solo en formato digital.A partir de ahí nos dijeron que no nos entregaban el coche sin dar opción a nada más.Habiamos pagado un segundo conductor les dijimos.de cambiar la titularidad del contrato...Nos remitieron a hablar con Booking cosa que también fue imposible en aquel momento.En dos minutos nos despacharon con muy mala educación y con mucha sorna.Booking más tarde nos dijeron que teníamos que haber llamado desde el mismo mostrador y se hubiese solucionado.Acabamos alquilando otro coche en otra compañía después de muchos nervios y mucha impotencia al ver como nos tomaban el pelo y nuestro dinero

Die gaben mir ein Auto, dass locker 30 Jahre alt war. Die Beleuchtung der Innenarmatur funktionierte bei Nacht nicht. Zudem haben die immer noch nicht mein Deposit zurück bezahlt. Das sind jetzt schon über 30 Tage her

Empresa não desbloqueou o valor de depósito de 1200,00BGN, ( 619€ )referente ao aluguer no dia 26-08-2024 a 28-8-2024 no Aeroporto de Sofia, até à data. Já ultrapassou os 30 dias úteis.
Não respondem aos emails já enviados.
Vamos proceder pela ordem judicial.
Foi feito um seguro total e o carro foi entregue abastecido e sem danos.
Por favor, peço-vos para desbloquearem o valor do depósito com a máxima urgência.
Fico a aguardar pela vossa breve resposta.

FRAUD AND CHEATING ON THE DEPOSIT
On August 26, 2024, I was the victim of a car rental fraud in Bulgaria. I rented a car that was not insured, so they forced me to take out additional insurance. I paid another €163.61 for FULL INSURANCE and against my will they upgraded a Mercedes car that was full of scratches, dents and problems. I left a deposit of €600, which they have not refunded to me to this day, although I am obliged to return it within 20 to 30 days. Even if there had been a problem with the car, which there was not, there was FULL INSURANCE. At the beginning they refused to come and check the car but I insisted and then they came to inspect the car. I signed a document that the car was accepted and they refused to give me a document for receipt or a copy of the document I signed! The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly! I complained to the company that provides this service and they asked me for a bank proof that the said amount has not been returned to date.

Azienda di noleggio per niente seria. A distanza del termine previsto per la restituzione del deposito non ho ricevuto nulla e dopo diversi solleciti, mi rispondono con un danno, che non mi era stato notificato all'atto di restituzione dell'auto. Da denuncia

I was the victim of a car rental company scam in Bulgaria on 26/08/2024. I rented a car that didn't have insurance, so they forced me to pay extra insurance. I paid another 163,61€ for a COMPLETE INSURANCE and they did against my will an upgrade of a Mercedes car full of scratches, dents and problems. Doubled charged, and made up lies about Australian licences not being valid. Charged for deposit, instead of holding. Still waiting for deposit return after 20 days. They now have claimed damage to vehicle, that we have photos of and the damage was pre-existing. Staff said to not worry about taking photos as we have full cover and that the car had hail damage. Fuel gage also didn't light up,which is fairly important in a hire car, so we had no idea of the fuel level in the car. We were traveling with our 8 month old baby, how can a company operate like this?
The website paints a very different picture to what you get. you pick up the car from the minus 4 floor, and good luck with getting out of that car park without damaging the car!

"Refused to refund my deposit despite purchasing their "Full Protection" insurance"
Refused to refund my deposit despite paying for their "Full Protection" service which entitles me to a deposit refund in case of external damages. They told me to ask for the deposit back from rentalcars.com since that's who the insurance was with. Rentalcars.com said it's not.
Not to mention that the car they gave us was not MOT worthy, we got pulled over by the police and had to pay a fine for it!
