Una compagnia truffa, consegnano macchine con già un danno per poi truffare il malcapitato che non ha sottoscritto la loro assicurazione. Vergognoso . Inoltre il deposito non è mai stato restituito a distanza di mesi oltre ad avermi addebitato un danno .

Ze blokkeren 2x de waarborg. Bij het terug inleveren van de auto laten ze je een blanco document onderteken dat ze dan nadien gebruiken als bewijs dat er zogezegd bij teruggave auto schade was! Auto netjes volgetankt en zonder schade teruggebracht!!
Tot op heden blokkeren ze dus nog steeds én de waarborg en de zogezegd schade!! Onvoorstelbaar..het zijn simpelweg dieven!! Wegblijven en NOOIT boeken!!

Наех кола от тази компания и изживяването беше изключително неприятно. При получаването на колата не ни бяха предоставени основните документи, необходими за нея.Беше ни казано, че договора за наема на колата е достатъчно. След като върнахме автомобила, започнаха да ни търсят тези документи, които не бяха дадени при наемането. Бяхме принудени да обясняваме ситуацията повече от половин час, което доведе до значително забавяне и стрес. Единствено след този дълъг период ни бяха върнати 200 евро депозит, но без никакво извинение или обяснение за ситуацията. Това беше изключително разочароващо и неприятно преживяване. Не препоръчвам тази компания на никого!

Once you get back to the airport to return the car, they give you empty acceptance protocol to sign. Then then write damages which you cannot prove as you left already. For small scratches they charge you 1500 EUR which is almost the price of the car. INSANE. And of course they find an invoice from their affiliate that the repair costs so much. I ordered rent car from this company from Burgas Airport Eazyrent Bulgaria all the cars very old also they told me i return the car with problems the problem was While I was traveling from the front to the tire, the small spoiler came off. It had obviously been re-assembled before because there were signs of repair.but I paid full insurance and still they don’t want to return my deposit.This company the thief from his guests.The picture can see is the day when I picked the car.
Поръчах си кола от Езурент Бургас Летище само да отментна всички коли им са стари и одраскани.
Колата която ми дадоха беше тончно стара и разбичкана, платих си пълна застрахова на колата ако нещо се случи дами върнат депозита вече чакам три месеца да ми го върнат и се обаждам и те ми излизат с номера че съм върнал колата повредима самата кола беше разбичкана по време на движение малкия спойлер който е до гумата се откачи по време на движение по магистралата това беше само но вината не е била моя самия агент ми каза че имало и преди проблеми.
Аз ги питах защо ми задържат депозита като съм платил пълна застраховак те ми казват че на врата е била одарена и трябва да има полицейски портокол и аз им обеснявам че не съм имал никакви инциденти как да имам портокол и така платих си пълна застроховка и пак не връщата депозита

Alquilé un coche con ellos el pasado verano. La primera sorpresa fue el coche que nos entregaron. Se caía a pedazos. Tuvimos que pagar más del doble de lo que ya habíamos pagado para que nos lo cambiaran, porque daba miedo coger ese coche.

Pero lo peor fue después. Devolvimos el coche y nos dijeron que estaba todo bien (y lo estaba), firmamos un documento con el dibujo del coche en blanco, sin daños, y nos fuimos.

La sorpresa llegó cuando, pasado un mes, no me devolvían el depósito de 3.000€ que me habían cobrado. Me enviaron el mismo documento que había firmado rellenado con supuestos daños en el coche y fotos de esos supuestos daños. Después de semanas discutiendo con ellos sin éxito, se me ocurrió comprobar los metadatos de las fotos que me habían enviado. Estaban hechas un mes después de que devolviéramos el coche. Estuve semanas peleando hasta que descubrí su estafa y les amenacé con acudir a la justicia.

Por lo que leo, es su forma de actuar. Si has llegado aquí y te ha pasado, lucha sin descanso.

I rented a car with them last summer. The first surprise was the car they gave us. It was falling apart. We had to pay more than double what we had already paid to have it replaced, because it was scary to take that car.

But the worst was afterwards. We returned the car and they told us that everything was fine (and it was), we signed a document with a blank drawing of the car, with no damage, and we left.

The surprise came when, after a month, they didn't return the €3,000 deposit they had charged me. They sent me the same document I had signed, filled in with supposed damage to the car and photos of the supposed damage. After weeks of unsuccessfully arguing with them, it occurred to me to check the metadata of the photos they had sent me. They were taken a month after we returned the car. I fought for weeks until I discovered their scam and threatened to go to court.

From what I read, this is their way. If you have arrived here and it has happened to you, fight relentlessly.

The 600e deposit taken from the car was not meant to be returned. It was promised to be returned 20-30 days after the return, but in the end I didn't get it until 2 months after returning the car. Urgent was invoked, but it feels really strange. I can't recommend

The bad reviews here are correct. I had a similar bad experience renting from Easy Rent this summer. At pick-up, they demanded double the deposit foreseen on the car rental voucher. Instead of reserving the amount on the credit card, they actually charged the card. As you may imagine, it has been multiple months and phone calls and I still haven't received the deposit back. It is clear that they are fraudulently holding back deposits of part of their customers.

As for the car itself, they warned me that they had been doing work on it and said not to pay attention to the engine warning light. At first use of the car, it became quickly clear that was a lie and the engine needed maintenance.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't rent with this company.

"Vorsicht Betrüger"

Vorsicht Betrüger. Mir wurde am Flughafen Sofia ein altes Fahrzeug vermietet dass überall beschädigt war. Es wurden mir 2 Schäden zu Last gelegt, die ich aber durch Bilder mit Datum und Uhrzeit widerlegen konnte. Meine Kaution ist trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung mit Nachweis der vorhandenen Schäden nicht zurück erstattet worden. Werde Strafanzeige stellen und die Angelegenheit meinem Anwalt übergeben
