Absolute Scammers Stay AWAY! I have made a booking and paid online a month ago now. After a few days I gave them a call to find out if the everything is okay with the booking they said it's not as I'm 18 and they will have to cancel it and return my money within 20 days. Well it has been over a month and the money is still not in my account and when you call them and I tell them what's going on they hang up on me. The Worst Rental Service In Bulgaria STAY AWAY!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a car from this company, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. From start to finish, their service was beyond unacceptable.

First, the car they provided was in terrible condition. It was old, dirty, and felt like it was on the verge of breaking down at any moment. To make matters worse, the car had numerous mechanical issues that made driving both stressful and unsafe.

Second, the customer service was absolutely appalling. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving any problems. When I tried to address the condition of the car, they brushed me off and insisted it was “standard.”

But the worst part? They refused to return my deposit. Despite returning the car in the exact same condition I received it, they came up with bogus reasons to keep my money. I’ve contacted them multiple times since, but they’ve either ignored my messages or given vague, unhelpful responses.

If you’re considering renting a car in Sofia, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. It’s a complete scam, and you’ll end up wasting your money and time. Trust me, it’s not worth the headache.

Après des mois d'attente et de multiples appels et démarches, nous avons enfin récupéré nos 1500€ le 13 novembre. C'était inespéré. Je vous conseille de ne pas louer de voiture avec cette agence toujours en lien avec Booking malgré nos alertes.

I forgot my credit card so they helped me rebook the car rental under my friends name. Their help and patience meant we could get on our way as quickly as possible from Sofia Airport. Returning the car was easy. The car was fine too but the service made the difference .

Do not rent any car from Easy Rent Bulgaria, even if TripAdvisor offers it. Easy Rent Bulgaria are scammers. Whatever Tripadvisor says about Easy Rent Bulgaria is not valid. The scam Easy Rent Bulgaria does is to charge you an extra few thousand euros as a deposit that they will withdraw immediately from your credit card. The fraud comes after you return the car. Easy Rent Bulgaria employees will smile and say everything is OK, and they will ask you to sign a returning document without them signing it. Later, after you are gone, they will add to the returning protocol an unexciting problem with the car and steal the deposit. Easy Rent Bulgaria is doing this with 99% of the consumers. Unfortunately, TripAdvisor is a compliance of the scam because TripAdvisor is hiring Easy Rent Bulgaria for you without any warning. Easy Rent Bulgaria is a scam company that is "advised" listed and advertised on TripAdvisor. If it weren't for TripAdvisor renting us the car from Easy Rent Bulgaria, we wouldn't be robbed so blatantly.

Firma nie odpowiada na wiadomości. Pomimo zwrotu samochodu i upływu terminu nie zostal zwrócony depozyt za wypożyczenie. Firma nie wywiązuje się z zapisów zawartych umów wypożyczenia. Nie pozostaje nic innego jak zgłosić sprawę do odpowiednich instytucji
