They will take your money, not provide the goods that you ordered, not refund you.

I am going to contact trading standards and the police as they have stolen a large sum of money off me as they have no intention of fulfilling the order I placed with them.

"Avoid these crooks"

Avoid these crooks. They are now trading as waterdale windows in Bolton. I urge everyone that has been robbed by them to contact trading standards, and the police. They’ve taken 2 grand from my mum and neither fitted her windows or refunded her back. It’s been over 4 months.

I want to categorically tell everyone looking at this to AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Mo the manager is a lier. I have been promised a CERTASS certificate on numerous occasions. I have even been lied to more times than I can mention. When I contacted CERTASS turns out they have been removed from the register. Speaks volumes that a regulatory body has removed them. PLEASE AVOID!!! It states on the contract that I have signed that they will apply to building control. I will be seeking legal help. If you are reading this please don’t go any further with this company. Anyone requiring a refund contact your credit card or debit card company and stress you are making a claim for your refund under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act

My mum just got a new back door and window , they had to knock down a partition wall, Mo and his installation guys were perfect professional and courtesy, would highly recommend, made my mum really happy , thanks again guys, we’ll use you again 😃

"ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY do not use"

ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY do not use. Total con people Mo and Bill. Lost over £8,000 on windows and doors. Placed order over two months ago and excuses after excuses as to why they cannot fit the windows and doors. Promised 4 weeks fitting, refused to give me a refund or even answer my calls and emails.
Mo and Bill now telling me they are trading under a different name even though I bought the windows and doors in July 2023 from the shop on Tonge Moor Road Bolton.
Made my family’s life a living hell as we have lost our money which we have worked so hard for and saved for over 5 years.
They do not provide you with a FENSA or CERTASS certificate, so work is not compliant. Lies after lies after lies. Please avoid this company. All the terrible reviews about the same issues are true. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I had seen the other negative reviews before employing them. Most importantly they claim to be Certass registered but they are not. The Certass certificate or similar is a legal requirement when you wish to sell your house and to purchase your own certificate will cost a few hundred pounds. They also demand money up front and lie constantly. It was the worst decision of my life to use them. They do not deserve 1 star.

"Pleased with the service."

My sister used this company more than 5 years ago to fit a composite door so i decided to use them. The service was very good - the choice excellent and the door was fitted by a friendly and personable fitter. After 12 months the door was a little stiff to lock and the company immediately helped by sending an engineer round, All that was required was some WD 40... the door works perfectly!! I am very satisfied with the door and the service.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! they demand payments before the jobs done, and try to bully you if you don't pay. We paid a fortune for a door not upto standard, almost 10 months later its not sorted, ignores calls, emails, texts and letters. Spend your money else where please trust me. Mo the salesman/owner says all the right things to you then doesn't do a damn thing to follow it up!
