"Do not use this company"

Do not use this company, we have had bi-fold door installed in April 2022 , installation took 2 days one week apart, and company had one attempt on rectifying issues almost a month after, door and windows are having many issues and are nit fit for purpose. My previous review was removed and it should not as described facts. Even though Bespoke composite doors claiming that they have not completed the works but Riverdale windows, all our documentation states contractor as Bespoke Composite doors also guarantee for the work was with Bespoke - its been over a year and we cannot get the doors to be replaced under 10 year guarantee

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am still waiting for the refund of £5,600 which was taken from me without any goods delivered or windows made. This has been going on for 9 months! Absolute disregard and disrespect towards customers and potentially a risk to the public!

"Awful experience with Bespoke"

We have had an awful experience with Bespoke. We did not get the window finish we were promised, and as a result paid over £4000 more than another company who was offering the finish we actually ended up with. Bespoke insisted on full payment before fitting. They did not provide a Certass building regulations certificate as promised. We had to pay £210 to Building control to get certified ourselves. Bespoke have been promising to pay us back the £210 for six weeks now - repeatedly promised but never arrives in our account. Further, 18 Months after window fitting, we are still waiting for our guarantee as per the terms and conditions. Bespoke repeatedly promise to send it to us, but it never arrives.

"Agree with Thomas Wilkinson Part 2"

My experience is similar to that of Thomas Wilkinson. I paid a lot of money for my installation after a pressure sale, well over the odds on my opinion, and 5 months on I am still waiting for 2 of the windows and for frames and windows to be cleaned. I was given a delivery date of May 22nd for the windows which never happened. I rang Mo who assured me they should have been delivered and told me to ring the office in Bolton. I immediately rang the office and the guy told me he would contact the installation team and get back to me. Unsurprisingly there was no return call. I have tried calling Mo and the office multiple time since and every time gone to answerphone. I then asked my wife to call and surprise surprise she got through to the guy from the office who apparently was on a sales call. He said he would check things and get back to her. Guess what?, no return call. Both of us have called since and we are both getting the answerphone. I am a patient and reasonable man but this has been more than I can take. I have never before dealt with a company like this.

I got a response from Mo after submitting the above review in June telling me what had happened was unacceptable and everything would be sorted. It is now December, almost 1 year on from the start of the installation. I have been given installation date after installation date but no sign of anyone. I was promised £200 for one of the missed installations and no sign of that either. I decided to check the double glazing unit I had bee supplied with and it appears that 13 were not the low E units that the salesman said I was paying a premium price for. I have tried ringing and WhatsApping and emailing but unable to get a response. I have even said that they could drop off the uninstalled units and I would finish the work myself. This is definitely the worst experience I have with any contractor.

Communication was great from the sales man to the finish. Really happy with the door that was fitted. Fast efficient and effect timing to fit the door. I would highly recommend this company.

"AVOID AT ALL COST"

AVOID AT ALL COST! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS

• Unless you want to be pressure sold.

• Pay large amounts of money for nothing.

• Want to spend months chasing without returned phone calls.

• Be given date after date after date to receive a product that You’ll have no evidence it exists.

I’m 37 at I can say this is the worst transaction I’ve ever had. I think this is the first review I’ve ever written to act as a WARNING to others.

I can only share my experience but take time to carefully read and review other factual comments with similar experiences.

I NOTICED THE COMPANY RECEIVE POSITIVE REVIEW AFTER POSITIVE REVIEW WITHIN SECONDS OF EACH OTHER TO HIDE POOR REVIEWS???

I had the company recommended by a neighbour who had used the company some years earlier (I later found out the old owner had sold his business to the current owner). The new owner WAQAS HUSSAIN has a company history with similar reviews- with all previous companies now ceasing to trade.

The sales person Mo arrived on the same day of my enquiry and Pressure sold from the off (materials were increasing 50% the following week..etc so the price could only be guaranteed on the day)

Due to my neighbours high praise (TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER) we proceeded paying £1325 on the day VIA BANK TRANSFER (error 2) on the 1st October.

Mo insisted the door would be with us by mid November- insisting the contract showed up to 18 weeks to cover “worst case scenario’s”…..

Mid November came and went (OUR 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD HAD NOW EXPIRED) and we heard Nothing from them- we chased and were told there was a delay but we’re assured the door would be with us by MID DECEMBER.

Mid December arrived and we were told manufacturing had begun but due to Xmas there were some delays but “don’t worry it will be straight after Christmas….. Guess what…

No contact and no door… after chasing continuously (They generally answer but you’re told you’ll get a call back that never comes) we were told the 23rd February had been given by the supplier…

Although now out of our 18 week “worst case scenario” period I’m reasonable and understand delays can happen…. But guess what…. 23rd Feb and NO DOOR!

On the 24th Feb I emailed to inform them of my wish to cancel UNLESS they could give a reasonable instillation date GUESS what- it wasn’t even responded to.

We were then told the door would be with us on 23rd March due to failing quality control via phone-which was later changed to 23rd April on the only written communication I’ve ever received from the company.

We are now on the 11th May and still no door. The sales person has said he will cancel the order and return all money- I asked for this to be emailed to confirmit had been actioned and guess what….. NO email. I’ve tried to contact several times and the company seem unwilling to return a call.

I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND HOPE THE REVIEW SERVES AS WARNING TO OTHERS TO AVOID THEM HAVING THE SAME OF SO MANY OTHERS BEFORE THEM.

"We’ll come by the end of the week????"

We had a front and back door installed about 12 months ago. There were no issues with ordering/installation but now the front door has started catching on the frame, and a seal has ripped off on the back door. I have contacted the company 4 times over the past couple of months to be told each time that someone should be out to have a look by the end of the week. I am still waiting for someone to come and have a look. Their website clearly states that they offer a 10 year guarantee on doors and installations, but they seem quite reluctant in helping.

"ROGUE TRADERS/ Do not trust this place…"

ROGUE TRADERS/ Do not trust this place at all.
We purchased windows in February last year.
WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE.
We have had nothing but trouble ever since.
We ordered 2 Bay windows and a bathroom window, cream colour in a wood texture.
What came were 3 windows plain texture no colour.
I said we didn't order these only to the response by one of the managers. "Well, you either have them or nothing, and you won't get a refund."
This left us in a situation where we had to make a decision or lose all our money.
We felt foced into having them fitted as we felt we would struggle to get our money back.
The frames appeared OK so we had them fitted.
The company said we hadn't ordered a colour with the original order and asked us to pay an extra £800 to have this on top.
Which stupidly we paid as we wanted to have them as we ordered.
The windows were fitted in June 5 months after they were ordered.
That wasn't the end of the problem.
The lead work we had paid for wasn't completed, no lead was used at all.
The lead work should have covered the rims of the upstairs window and the window roof.
The window wasn't put in properly and was left hanging out of the property. (This needed to be corrected urgently)
They did eventually correct the fitting levels and connected the window to the wall 8 months later but we are left with a lot of other problems
The roof has been left leaking, with holes in the plaster boards.
The plastic beading is hanging off and bodged up inside the window while outside its hanging off.
The trickle vent wasn't installed as it is a legal requirement, and Certas has failed the job as inadequate.
We never received the colour we paid for they have just stolen our money.
Every call or message has been ignored or you get fobbed off with a poor excuse or an offer they don't follow through with.
We are now looking at LEGAL ACTION against the company and they will be reported to TRADING STANDARD.
I will now have to get my windows completed by someone else as this company doesn't care at all.
Finally, the positive reviews on their website must be doctored, so don't believe them. READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS as that is the TRUE REFLECTION of this company.
I won't stop at court action, I will also be contacting local news media and watch dog as they can't carry on ruining people's lives like they have ruined ours.
I have had to condense my experience into these few paragraphs.
We have been blagged by a fella called Mo for the last 8 months, we have taken so many holidays for no shows on work they promised when they said they will rectify everything. The stress with everything they have done has been relentless and has been so difficult.
This company also owns a sister company called RIVERDALE WINDOWS owned by a fella called Waqas Hussain.
So don't end up making the same mistakes we have.
Bespoke will be hearing from our solicitor in due course, but this will probably be one legal complaint in and whole line of people against this company.
I also believe that CERTASS have suspended the company selling windows under their certificate.
So be aware of this as the windows like ours won't be certified if you want to sell your property.
So avoid at all costs.
this company and Riverdale should be shut down before they prey on anymore poor, hardworking people.
Currently going through a solicitor. Tge company do not answer calls, messages.
My windows are a mess now and I am having to look at asking a different company to try and sort them out.
I will be claiming for everything as this company has ruined our house.
DO NOT TRUST this company.
I am making steps to report the company to trading standards.

"Composite Door"

Although there was initially a delay to the fitting of my door I am very pleased with the end result. The quality of the door is excellent.The fitters did a great job and cleaned up after themselves
