Hello Sir, I have booked an Indigo flight from Dammam to Hyderabad dated 27th June from your website for an amount of SAR 2055.68. The amount has been deducted but I have not received the tickets nor any mail from you. Need your support.

"It was the worst experience of my life"

It was the worst experience of my life. I arrived at the transit zone 2 hours in advance. Unfortunately no one is checking in. Even online it was impossible. The manager at the transfer was rude and not at all cooperative.
I had to buy a visa to go inside. When I arrived no one from the Azimuth company wanted to help me until the check-in closed. I asked for another ticket. The person at the desk declined all responsibility.
I then bought another double price ticket to go to Sochi.
I regret having done business with you and the very disrespectful Azimuth company.
I ask for reimbursement of my ticket and compensation for my time and my health.

Yesterday I book my and they reduced $202.04 from my credit card but not gave me ticket information nothing. Very bad experience, can u plz tell me when I get my money back ?
And second I book my round trip from New York to Atlanta and Atlanta to New York and I take money refunds priority can you tell me how I get my refund now ? I miss my flight because of some reasons how I get my refund ?
