ارسلت عشرات الايميلات واتصلت عشرات المرات بدون رد. خدمة رديىة وقد تم إلغاء رحلتي ولم أسترد المال. فالرجاء إرجاع المال والاتصال بي فورا. فقط عند إلغاء الرحلة يماطلون ولا يردون ولا يريدون إرجاع المبلغ المالي. لن أتوقف عن كتابة الرسائل الى حين استرداد الاموال

I recently booked a flight from Auckland to Sydney at the 11/07/22 and my account was debit without a flight and they email me straight away and said the refund should be in my bank after a (1) one day and today the 13/07/22 still nothing.
How cruel is this company to took money from somebody without a flight
