"Don't trust fraudulent companies"
I can not understand how true those comments posted are when my experience was compleatly different.
I am so disappointed with Wingie. I looked at several websites to find reasonable tickets to a Caribbean island from the U.S. I reviewed the flights offered by Wingie travel and found the flight suitable for me and my elderly family. I confirmed my requested flight itinerary by taking a screenshot and proceeded to purchase the tickets with my chase credit card. I tried 3 times but the card was declined pending
approval by me by the fraud dept since the amount was over $2,500, I called Chase and went through some security confirmation questions for approval. As soon as It was approved I received an itinerary from Wingie
that did not correspond with my departure time and the total time to arrive was more than 24 hours for a 3 hr flight. instead of 9.40 hours. I called Wingie and reported this error immediately. The agent spoke very little English, the agent was very Rude, and told me that it was my problem, the agent could not let me speak to a supervisor because supervisors don't talk to customers. Nothing the agent could do except cancel the entire flight for a few hundred dollars fee. I ask him to change it to the correct departure time since it was an error on the computer booking system but the agent refused and once again said it was my problem. All I am asking for is to change the departure time to the time I paid for. 5:32 am flight that will arrive at my destination at 4:50 pm, nothing more. I would advise people to do business by phone with a live person that can speak the language you the customer are most comfortable with as much as possible. Please be careful doing business online with fraudulent companies. Companies with little or no customer service skills, Companies ripping heard working people off.

Ineed help I just booked tickets from your site then they charged me this amount Valued customer,Your card **2443 was charged for SAR 4 337.25 on 26/12/2022 ; 22:34 GMT in PostPay Technology. But unfortunately no tickets and no money back to me they just send short message to me something get wrong when we try to arrange your tickets please can any one help me to get my money back
