"No ticket, money taken from the bank"

I used the service to buy flight tickets on 30/03/25. As many others received an email about the transaction being cancelled, the amount should be refunded within 1 working day. Still, I have no ticket and no money. Please help.

Got the money back after 5 working days. The company is legit and don't steal your money. But def they need to work on their user experience.

I was made I’m booking of the ticket and the they took the money from my bank account and then I receive email technical issue and a few minute I receive another email that they refund back to my account within 1 days
I don’t know if they have technical issue why the system of Wingie deduct my money
I call the customer service I have been waiting more then 30min and then now one responding
I really had bad experience from this app it my first time and it will be the last .

One of the worst experiences!!…. They just looted the money at the time of payment by showing due to high demand the price is 350 dollars increased ‼️…

It is not related to the type of card or discounts!!… it is the scam on the actual price across other portals and in wingie it was showing the same and as I understand from my friends whom booked the same srilankan airlines flight paid that amount. It is only in wingie I got cheated …
