i made reservation, money was taken from my bank, no confirmation, i am still waiting for email to understand what happened.


UPDATE: I CONTACTED THE GERMAN PHONE NUMBER, SOMEONE ANSWERED, TICKET CAME IN EMAIL 12HOURS AFTER THE ORDER.

I am make booking and I pay money but no pnr and ticket,This is kinda a fraud or scam , they get you to pay after you see their lowest price then tell u when u call that your ticket won't be confirmed without even giving your money back , and am still waiting for my money they have got from me

Thank you for your call but this is not enough resolution for me as after taking my money and causing it to be on hold for 10 days till I get it back it's not that easy to come now and advise with the procedure that am not even convinced with cuz I have been able to confirm a flight ticket with the same price same ticket dates , times with same airlines by different agent which is waaay to much professional than your company

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Wingie. I recently purchased a ticket online for nearly $900 to travel from Dubai to Boston via London. Unfortunately, I made a mistake on my name during the booking process. I have been trying to reach out to Wingie via phone and email to request a correction, but I received no response for days.

Today, after much effort, I finally got through to a customer service representative. To my dismay, I was informed that they cannot make any changes to my name. The only solution offered was to cancel the ticket and book a new one. When I asked about getting a full refund, I was shocked to learn that I would only receive $81 back from my original purchase.

This is completely unacceptable. Wingie's customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, and their refund policy is outrageous. I will never use Wingie again, and I advise others to avoid them at all costs.
