i have just Booked a ticket from Wingie website, and the payment is Already deducted from my bank account, and until now i did not receive any Ticket confirmation or any email including the ticket info , also Tring to contact them but no feedback.

please i need anyone to contact me on my email , or at least send the ticket confirmation and Ref number

I booked a flight for my colleagues just few minutes ago for tonight's flight at 23:00.
The flight is from RUH to CGK (Jakarta).
The money was deducted but there was no flight reference given.
Not even the itenerary copy nor the transaction receipt.

It's so frustrating that the system let you pay the amount for the same day flight and you will get a message that "your ticketing process is in progress" and "the ticketing may take up to 24 hours..."

I booked this flight because of an emergency purpose, relating to a medical condition that need immediate attention in the destination country.
And this what you get.

I just hope that i will receive the ticket or the refund as soon as possible.
And I hope this type of ticketing websites should be properly checked by the authority before it goes operation.

Generally, when I first read reviews I was shocked and surprised that I bought a scammer ticket.
But I received booking confirmation and ticket. However, I couldn’t do check in online, but I did this at airport. I am very happy that I had a good experience with Wingie. I bought ticket Larnaca-Tbilisi-Moscow.

I made a reservation on May 30, 2024, and the ticket amount was deducted from my bank account. I sent them an email, and their response was that they would contact the accounting department on the first day. To date, I have sent more than 50 emails and no one has responded to me yet. I think I lost my money and did not get the ticket. i am warning every one to use this agent
from 30 May 2024 till today only receiving apologizing e mails and extended the period for checking and nothing happened from this agent.. i surprised that not only complained from them, many people before me and after me. for that i am remaining tell the others don't deal with Wingie . be careful
Today 13 june 2024. I received e mail from this cheating agent said there is no transaction in there bank and i have to check with my bank. This is all nonsense reasons. If they are honest they have to attach their bank statement. But because they are non honest they will keep deny that they took my money.
