I have claimed to receive back my money due to the cancellation of my flight and till now i haven’t received my money.
The worst company i’ve ever dealt with!
I don’t recommend anyone to book with them. Despite my several emails they don’t reply back. My case number is 839080

The answer is incorrect, i would like to hear the proof of my call, as i am confirming and pretty sure that i asked for a refund during my call and asked for refund. In another note, if i didn’t travel with you, how come would i accept to keep the ticket of the flying back to my destination. That’s totally unacceptable and wiggie is trying to steal my money.
I need my full refund as it’s your mistake of canceling my flight.

Very very bad! Second time the same thing has happened when booking with them. After choosing the date and departure time you receive a confirmation email with the wrong departure time and return date and time. Then you have to pay again to change the booking. No refund or flight booking change.

I issued a ticket from Antalya to Paris. But they issued a ticket from Paris to Antalya on that day. Airline company is telling this is the problem because of the Wingie. But the Wingie was telling everything correct. Because of them my trip to Europe cancelled. My hotels, internal transports were non refundable. Everything because of the Wingie.

I wish there was an option for less than 1 star!

This has been the WORST experience ever. The communication is absolutely NON-EXISTENT, and all they keep saying is they’re "waiting for a reply from the airlines." I’ve wasted over 45 minutes with NO resolution whatsoever!

I booked a ticket with specific flight times and a 1-hour layover. Imagine my shock when I received my ticket with a different timing and a layover extended to over 5 hours! And now, they want ME to pay for their MISTAKE if I need to change or cancel the flight.

If I don’t get a FULL REFUND or have my ticket properly changed, I will take legal action and make sure everyone hears about this fiasco on social media!
