I hope there is something less than 1 star!!!
Very very bad experience and no proper communication and they keep saying we are waiting for reply from airlines
I booked a ticket and the flight is cancelled by the airlines, here as normal procedure just to get the full refund
They don’t give any answer no reply nothing at all
The cancelled flight is on 24/8/2024
And if I didn’t get the full refund, I will go legally as well as I will publish the whole stream in ver social media

Not recommended at All. No support, No appropriate tickets, once you pay they will leave you fighting with the airlines and solve your problems individually.

Beware of scammers. I bought airline tickets through wingie, but the airline cancelled the flight and rescheduled it, and sent a message that I could make a full refund, but wingie withheld a commission of 38 euros from a ticket of 140 euros, allegedly for some commission, and each time they name a different amount for a refund, if you ask uncomfortable questions to technical support, they immediately close the chat. So I do not recommend wingie, if the airline cancels the flight, then you are left without the service provided and without money. This is such a fraudulent scheme. It is better to buy tickets directly from the airline, and not from this fraudulent site.

P.S After leaving a review, they called me and said the standard phrase, we withheld a commission from you, and we can’t help you in any way. In the end, they did not provide me with the service, the airline cancelled the flight, and did not return the money in full, although by law they should have returned the entire amount to me, since the service was not provided to me. Avoid this fraudulent company.

I recently books a ticket money went out of my account but no ticket. Turns out there is no ticket. Told I will get the money back as per my bank my bank says it will take 10 days so unable to make my trip in time. I suffer from severe anxiety so this has set me off with panic attacks
