its very very bad experience, I purchased one tickets dated 11-April-2024, 12:30AM for Karachi to dubai through wingie for wego application, they taken amount 1310 AED But no issue ticket. and now i am facing financial problem for my new tickets wingie not giving me my amount . I have send alot of emails and complaints to them but no respond. WORST service. Kindly look into this matter as i need this amount urgently

I'm experiencing the same problem as a lot of people here. Payment was deducted but no tickets and booking confirmation.
They responded the refund will be shortly. But the transaction was on 12 April and today is the 18th of April and still no result.
Update 20 of April:
- Support called me and provided full enough information regarding this issue. Thank you again for the clarification. But of course would be great to hear that a day or two after support request. As refund was initiated waiting to get the one back :)

its very very bad experience, I purchased two tickets dated 15-April-2024 for islamabad to Jeddah through wingie for aljazeera airline, they taken amount 3838.52 But no issue ticket. and now i am facing financial problem for my new tickets wingie not giving me my amount .

I booked my flight from jeddah to lahore via sharja with name of Hasnat khan and paid the full amount at the exact time . But i didn’t receive any confirmation sms or mail from any one . I mailed on wingie but no one replied me. I am waiting for my ticket please confirm it or refund my amount so i can book another flight

The company contacted me after I posted a review here and they offered to refund only 60% of the total amount. When I asked them to provide an explanation for the deducted amount with a receipt, they continued to stall and did not respond.
I want to emphasize that I paid additional fees during the booking, such as cancellation priority and service fees, and I contacted them within less than 24 hours to cancel the trip due to an error in data entry.
Wingie has the worst service in the field of airline bookings ,and has proven to be a company that does not respect its customers.

Thank you for your reply, but I completely disagree with it.
First of all, when I provided my contact information no one tried to contact me, and secondly, it is very convenient from your side to shift all responsibility to the airline, and the airline in turn answers me that I should contact you.
You confirm that I paid for the baggage in full through your app, the airline also confirms that I paid for the baggage with them.
But in the end the situation remains unresolved, the luggage has been paid for twice and no one wants to refund the money.

Very bad , I booked a round ticket, For no reason they cancelled the departure one and kept the return flight!!!!!!!!
How gonna make use of the return ticket without the departure one...
It is a scam and waste of money not reliable , Do not deal with them and save your money..
I escalated the case with wego support..

Hello, i have booked an ticket 10/03/2024 from Riyadh to Cairo , the tickect showed with 720SAR full, they deducted like 830SAR.
Can u help me if i want th refund me ticket or save it on my wingie wallet for another flight without any addiditonal fees ?
