"Finally - Refund has been recieved"
I made a mistake - and booked plane tickets through Wingie.
My flight was cancelled. For half a year (!) I have been chasing Wingie trying to get a refund.
There is no one to talk to. I have already sent them several letters. I also tried in chat. A representative called me and didn't really know what to say except to keep waiting. Half a year has already passed - and they do not return the money for a canceled flight.
I suggest to everyone - not to book flights from Wingie. In case of flight cancellation - you can forget about your money !!
Rarely do you encounter such poor customer service and commercial dishonesty such as this.
Suggest to everyone - AVOID any deal with Wingie.
UPDATE - 5 May 2024
I would like to update that after six months, Wingie finally made a refund to my account. I thank them for that and suggest that they improve their customer service system. It is better, of course, to have a happy ending to the story, but it is better not to discourage customers for many months in the pursuit of a refund, in the event of a flight cancellation.

As i am waiting from last 1 year for my Ticket money Refund i bought it form you last year and i have paid 2800 AED but the tickets was not genuine because wingie issues me a ticket with different PNR numbers and they accept that it was them mistake so they will contact with Malindo Airline and they will refund My money so Finally after 1 year i just Got 85 AED from them mean even not 1% again i request you Please Refund my Balance money 2715 AED i don't need your 85AED because form last 1 year you are playing with me your agents accept already that it was your mistake so you are responsible
And I Request To All Viewers who is Reading my Review don't book any ticket form wingie they will deduct your money and after that they will disappear Thanks

Today i Purchase Ticket Bahrain to Manila. I never experience this kind of Problem before. The Amoount is Deducted on my account but the Confirmation is not received and also one thing the on the Currency that i put is Bahraini Dinar but the Currency Deducted is Saudi Riyal. I book today for evening Flight cause i have Emergency Back home but i didn't expect that this will happen to me having Problem. Please find Solution to return back Peoples Money cause they work hard for it it's not just that they see it in the Road and the Life now is very deficult the thing is the Ticket is not booked yet but why it's already deducted on the Account. Please Find Solution to correct this thing. Thank you
Update: March 20, 2024 Until today i didn't Recieved any Update about the Invoice or Feedback from the Company it's been 3 days now i'm calling the Customer Service but they are telling me that it's on Process as they Promise Everyday that they will send tomorrow morning but until Today i didn't received any email or Message about the Invoice Refund.

I really don’t know what to do anymore!!! I made a mistake in my name in the booking , have spoken to tons of agents every single one calling to say the same thing , send your passport and one of our agents will call you back !!!!! Then no one calls me back !!!! I’m so so sad about this all they have to do is submit a name change request to Qatar Airways!!! Please help me , I need to know what should I do

Je déconseille fortement Wingie qui ne respecte pas le droit international car ils ont annulé mon vol retour qui était au prix de 840€ et me rembourse seulement 681€.
Prendre des frais sur une annulation de leur part est tout simplement du vol.
A éviter à tous prix.

I purchased two tickets today around 6 hours ago, the money was deducted. I got no confirmation email, and no booking reference.

I contacted the costumer service and they were helpful, the money was refunded. I made another booking and it went smoothly, looks like the problem was with the airline itself.

"Waiting for the Funds to be Returned"
On March 6th I booked flight tickets through Wingie.com from Doha to Rome. Tickets cost was $900. Even if the funds were debited directly from my bank account, I never got a ticket confirmation or any other email from wingie. Unfortunately I see many people here having same issue! What a joke…
I have emailed the customer support of the company and share a screenshot of my bank transaction as a proof! I got them on the phone as well 4 times abut so far no one has give me an explanation. Every agent is telling me that the accounts department is working on it. Still waiting for my funds…
Update: my funds received back with in 30 hours
