"Вернули деньги за отмену👍"

Я боялась очень когда прочитала отзывы об этой компании потому что все были отрицательные, что мол не возвращают деньги и ТД. А у меня как раз случилась такая ситуация что пришлось отменить билет. Я несколько раз общалась со службой поддержки, всегда отвечали, даже звонил очень вежливый молодой человек помогал выбрать билет на замену, объяснял все правила отмены и замены билета. Я общалась именно со службой поддержки на английском, не знаю какая она на других языках. Деньги после отмены билета вернули в течение недели, большое спасибо компании, продолжу покупать у вас билеты👍

"Thry dont even deserve a star!"

Thry dont even deserve a star!! I booked with them a flight and they deduct extra $75 dollars!! Not only that, they didnt send me an email or even a SMS and not answering my emails. I booked the flight with another agent again and this costs me trouble

"Still no refund for the cancelled tickets"

UPD:
After the review been submitted, i was contacted by Wingie representative and my refund process had finally started.
I'd consider the service to be excellent, if not for dozens of emails to Wingie and air company and months of waiting. It would be great to receive such assistance from the very beginning.

It's been months past since i've submitted a refund request to get the money back for the cancelled tickets. We were in Tel-Aviv when the terrorist stike had happened, and many air companies had cancelled all the flights. I couldn't get any response from both Wingie or the air company itself to quickly resolve the problem, so had to buy any available tickets for another flight just to bring my family to safety. And those were approx. 3 times more expensive than the cancelled ones. Since that day i'm running back and forth from Wingie to air company, trying to get a refund at least, not even saying about compensation for the huge expenses we got. No results. For everyone who's reading this - consider using air company sales office directly, if possible, or you might find yourself in the same situation.

"As i wrote my review about my ticket…"

As i wrote my review about my ticket issue and refund i spoke to Mr.Yunus wingie agent and i explain that it was your mistake you issued a ticket with different PNR number that's why check in staff refused to give my Boarding pass and send me back home from Airport and then he check the details and Accept that it was wingies mistake then he told me thay they will refund only Tax but not ticket money i have paid them 2800AED but they said that they will refund only 204AED within 20 working days now its almost 2 months are finished still i am waiting for my money even they will refund only 2 or 3 % from last 7 months i am writing the reviews but there is nothing just they contact with me and deal with new dialogues and Drama's hope this time i will get a positive Response from them and i hope they will refund my money...but i will never buy any ticket from them in future... Thanks

Hello at wingie.... Actually I purchased an airticket with Ethiopian airways on the 5 of November 2023 and the money was deducted from my account but until now I have not got the ticket only sent the invoices the flight is on 17 December 2023.....

"Very unprofessional company, Not recommended."

I paid for the ticket, and the system successfully charged my credit card. However, I did not receive a PNR code or an email with the ticket itself. I attempted to reach out to them via chat, but this was impossible without the PNR code. I also tried calling several times, but received no response. After sending an email, and rating them bad here in Trustpilot, I finally received a response from them after 1 day, apologizing and stating that "due to the failed reservation, the amount authorized by the bank had been canceled and refunded". However, during the payment process, I did not receive any notification on their website that the payment had failed, and my card was still charged.

After numerous emails and calls with Wingie customer service, I eventually received proof of refund from their side, indicating that the transaction had been voided. However, it took a total of 16 days from the initial payment for the money to be returned to me. I am unsure if this delay was due to Wingie or my bank's internal process.

After everything, I honestly believe this company does not deserve anything better than 2 stars. They have wasted two weeks of my time, forcing me to purchase another, more expensive ticket due to the delay in receiving the refund as well as extra money for international calls to get in touch with their office.

Overall, it seems like this company doesn't care about their customers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to deal with them in the future. Therefore, I am updating my review from 1 star to 2 stars. The least you could have done better is to immediately send out an email to me and explain the issue and advice on potential outcome and waiting time, however you did nothing!
