Very strange booked ticked on 23aug,never received the booking confirmation and the money was deducted from the a/c, sent email to customer service, and they said amount is refunded, but no refund received yet, sent another email yesterday with screenshot of money deduction message from the bank and the email received from their customer service, still no response received. If I did not receive my money back within 48hrs, I will be posting the bad remarks about this website in social media and the news channels too I have a good influence .guys please do not book the ticket from this website looks like it's a scammer.

"They cash more money than the price"
I found a ticket from Cairo to Toronto round trip of value 27098 Egyptian pounds. Wingie cashed 29384 Egyptian pounds from my visa. When I contacted them them they claimed that my bank cashed the super added amount due to differences in currencies as I paid in Saudi Riyals. I contacted the bank it was clear that the whole amount was cashed by wingie. They changed their report that during reservation the price changed ??!!. I went back to the site and checked the same ticket found it still at the price of 27098 Egyptian pounds. On chat the wingie customer services said yes they cashed the amount and will contact me but they never did. Please be careful from this company. Also I went on Egypt Air to see the price of the ticket found it is valued at 25334 Egyptian pounds. The cashed actually about 4000 Egyptian pounds more.
As many discussions with Wingie were done and each time they give different explanation about the surcharged money . Today 25th August I asked them about refund my money as I paid 3567.24 Saudi Riyals. They told they can refund me 693 Saudi Riyals only!! Even if it was their fault. Please never try this company you will loose your money.

I got a tickets on email, but question about passport details. Never was asked for them, so I get it strange.
And I asked support about that. And agent "Ebru" literally said me: "You can contact the airline company for passport information entry."
Fix your FAQ, answer me question, make Ebru answer more polite and correct and change my rate.

I bought a ticket from you, I paid for it in the amount of $ 142.92, but later I received an SMS that for some reason you could not book a ticket and the money was returned to my account. The problem is that only 1% of the amount was returned to me, but where is the rest of the money?
The next morning I wrote to the support service, I received an automatic email that a problem number (#538182) was assigned to my letter, but after that there was no answer from this company, I wrote many more times in that email correspondence ( in response to the same letter with the problem number) for 10 days, but received nothing.
Never buy plane tickets or anything from them.
UPD.
I was able to get the money back only through an appeal to the bank. Although support provided a screenshot, the money was not returned within 1 month. For this reason, the bank canceled the transaction.
In any case, time wasted, money frozen for a month, 2 stars, and never again on this site.

Booked 2 tickets .they cancelled the return ticket without any explanation and they deducted the amount of money they wanted under different name of services. Without even telling me which ticket they cancelled.I checked the trip on the same day and it was active . Untrustworthy company..think before u deal with them.
I got an apology from the company..what must I do with the apology!!? Nothing else when I had to pay triple times the tickets price .well I'm so happy with your apology.
If you can not provide decent service so, leave the market.
Just update(9.9.2023): I received an email from wingie one month back telling they will contact me to solve the problem..never happened..
Look at the type of apology reply ...same reply to all customers

I booked yesterday and the transaction was cancelled and after awhile you send me back my money to my account and sent me an email with error confirmation.
Today I did purchased the same booking and get the same result is saying an error then you didn’t returned the money.
Please advice I need to get the ticket or send me back the money.
Just to add today 4th Aug I received my money back.
